After 3-week search, mother of 2-year-old who died from suspected fentanyl exposure arrested in Seaside
Law enforcement had been searching for Mary Jacobo since the death of her 2-year-old child on Sept. 12. She was considered "armed and dangerous."

Seaside Police Chief Dave Ham told KGW that Mary Jacobo was arrested Tuesday in Seaside and transported to the Clatsop County Jail on outstanding warrants. Ham said the Portland Police Major Crime Unit and Oregon State Police were the two agencies involved in the arrest.
