On too many levels, this is horrible and sad. He needs to be put in an institiution for life because people like him ,(IMHO) can not ever adjust to what we consider the norm in society. Better yet, putting him to death like the poor dog would make me comfortable too. He raped, and severly abused the animal. I am filled with tears.

I just feel sick when I read these stories, (horses, other animals) and feel like society has missed the boat somewhere.

This week, Horvath was back in court asking for permission to leave his house to attend school. He complained to the court that home confinement had made it impossible for him to get a job or further his education. Orange Circuit Judge Rand Wallis ruled that Horvath can leave his home to attend culinary school. The judge also ruled that he should have psychiatric evaluations done within the next two weeks.

Sometimes I am shocked, although here many years ago, I saw a warrant on a man who had sex with a chicken, not sure how he did that. But, more recently, (years) a man owning a funeral home near here , having sex with dead women in his hearse.

I just don't know the proper punishment for this kind of thing, what could deter them? They have crossed a line and I guess incarceration with hard labor is the only thing I can come up with. For him to have killed the dog, harsher punishment is required, not just house arrest. We must be living in the Twilight Zone.
