Nels position, re the photo's , is the seriousness of the crime is self evident in the photo's. .. that there is , or could be, a tendency to misconstrue the terrible death of Reeva , that it could be downplayed, ... hence.... the photo's of her body will stop any thought of believing her death to be anything but savage and violent. And intended.
