I got the alert too. Quite a hike feom where i live, but we went camping right near there last year. That car sticks out like a sore thumb. Prayers she is safe!

This kind of abduction usually happens at gas stations.

That would make more sense. The clinic is actually 2200 W front street.

This MSM article says 2200 BLOCK of W front st.

That ^ article says "2200 West Front Street in Berwick," but my first reaction was definitely that Sheetz parking lot is most likely.

I'm thinking whomever was driving left the car running and ran into the store for cigarettes or a soda or to pay for the gas never thinking something like this could happen.

Hi all! I live about 40 minutes from there! Some local news outlets and people have said she was abducted from the sheetz and helicopters are out also. I don't have my scanner on but someone heard police were being sent to rittenhouse mill Rd which is outside of Berwick! Prayers for this little angel!

Not sure which post you are referring to? The post before yours I believe they are trying to find out just exactly where she went missing from via the address given....or I could be wrong. Bedtime soon for me.

Red banner alert flashed across my tv about her abduction, during super bowl, I'm in NY..pretty far reaching and imo good coverage.

Nonetheless I have to read and catch up as to what transpired so far but I am hoping this little girl is back home soon!!!!

I don't think you misread. I wondered the same thing. It made me think they may have an idea of a POI or have either video or an eyewitness from further west/north en route to Laporte. But I haven't found any hints in MSM or even social media as to why they say "headed towards Laporte."

Police say the toddler was inside a 2005 yellow Ford Mustang convertible, bearing PA registration HWN-1367. The car was stolen from 2200 West Front Street in Berwick by an unknown actor. It was last seen heading toward Laporte, Pa.
