Possibly Bensalem Jane Doe? NamUs: Unidentified Person Case and Doe Network pages: 461UFPA. This UID was found on 24 January 1988 and is believed to have died up to five years prior to her discovery. She is thought to have been 20-30 years old, had brown hair, was 5'0"-5'3" tall (lower than Diana's listed height but within three inches of the estimate), and may have weighed between 100-120 pounds. She was also approximately six months pregnant at the time of her death. While Diana was not known to be when she went missing I think it is possible that, at least initially, she may have left on her own accord. Bensalem, PA is approximately 278 miles from Emporium Borough.

It is my understanding that they both have DNA profiles in CODIS. It seems unlikely to be her (unless Diana doesn't have a sample in the system).
