A missing person's report was filed with the Newtown Township Police Department on July 6 at 4:45 p.m.

Police said Jimi Tar Patrick has not been seen or heard from since approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesday July 5. He has also had no contact with his family or friends and he has not shown up for work, all of which is not normal for Jimi.

Jimi is described as a white male, late teens, 5'10", approximately 150 pounds and was last seen wearing gray shorts and polo shirt with a multi-colored design.

(A) OFFENSE DEFINED.—A person commits an offense if he knowingly or recklessly takes or entices any child under the age of 18 years from the custody of its parent, guardian or other lawful custodian, when he has no privilege to do so.

>> (2) the child, being at the time not less than 14 years old, was taken away at its own instigation without enticement and without purpose to commit a criminal offense with or against the child; or

I found an online photo album that has photos in it of him, on his first day of classes at Loyola. So yes, I am going to assume he was still a student at Loyola.

Some places include it when a child/teen is missing. His parents are still married, so custody is not an issue in this case.

Some people/parents are VERY reluctant to release a birth date publicly due to the potential for identify theft. Not me...but I know people who are....
