Family members reported to PSP that 37-year-old Kathryn Sloan of Oil City has not been seen since Christmas of 2023.

She is currently listed as an absconder from parole in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections gov. website. Absconders Profile (the photo from there is attached) She is known to use the alias Kathryn or Katie Duncan. She was released from incarceration in October 2023.
