I made a mistake on the timeline and posted the appropriate correction. The article evergreen mentioned states, "Dispatch logs indicate that borough police were called back to Kortne's address for the second time at 4:12 a.m. and left at 4:36 a.m."

I apologize for the error. Sorry for the confusion.

I was sure that LE did not arrive until 8:31. Perhaps that was misreported.

Thanks PalmyraDad - I'm taking this to mean that the actual dispatch logs are not available online for linking and the information came from MSM. Okay - that is good to know as I thought they were accessible and viewable.

Thanks!

That is correct. I just went back and looked again and the 4:31 time for the police arrival was noted on the Lebanon Daily News timeline but the article referencing it is no longer available. Since the actual dispatch logs have not been made public, I changed the wording on the timeline to read "After 4:12" for the police arrival, just to be on the safe side.

OT- do you now or have you ever worked for the Federal Government?*

My ex husbando worked for the DOD and was the most carefully worded person I've ever met. The opposite of me.

I admire the ability. You present very measured and thoughtful. Good qualities in a dad.

*don't answer that ;-)

If DOD stands for Dads On Duty, then yes. : ) Thank you for the compliment, though. I appreciate it.

I've read two things that seem to be in discord. The first was that the neighbor TS called the police, and his landlord regarding the "stomping" disturbance. The second thing I read was that he owned his home (meaning, no landlord). Both these things were found in posts here, and I don't know which is correct, can someone help me out, please?

Since we all had a little Timeout from the thread being closed, the time for Kortne to be missing can be anywhere from the 345/400 am time frame (when LE last saw her and CP) and until 8:30 or so am on Monday when her mother arrived looking for her and found the door unlocked (not sure if meaning side door or door off the deck stairs or both).

What if she was still in the apartment when CP left around 7 am on Sunday am? But I'm sure one of the neighbors would have seen her take the dog out.

Need to know if she drove to the Gas Station; did she leave her car at a gas station? Was her car there when LE arrived the first time at around 3 am?

I'm guessing since all articles lead us to believe that CP/LE was the last ones to see her then the above doesn't matter and it's just be talking out loud...

everybody is named in this article....know it's hard to post from phone....LOL

And then I think there is some more naming names in the comments.

SMH at PL comments in general...I'm sure you all know this from common sense and from following other cases, but...having had some time to observe the PennLive comments sections over several years...a lot of people come and write stuff that you may think implies inside knowledge or whatever, but really can be interpreted as "Hey! Look at me! I have a thought which may or may not be related to the subject of this article and I need to share it!" LOL. Or someone will write, "Everybody knows...." and really it is just the writer's personal opinion.

Don't ever read CNN comments. ThaShiCray

I took it to mean TS called KS's landlord. Yes? No?

Please let there be no additional S names.

I believe they came home in the Acura and left the car at the gas station where it was parked. not sure though. did LE impound the car from the gas station? or did it ever get back to her parking space at the duplex? how far was the gas station from the duplex?

Some of my thoughts on issues within the case thus far..

Kortne's car-
Imo if true the most obvious detail indicative that Kortne did only not drive the vehicle back home, nor was she in the vehicle whn it was driven home, is the detail that the keys were left with the car.. IMO what I personally think to be most likeliest is that someone not as drunk as Kortne drove her car home late that night/morning.. Or even at some point later in the morning and simply left the keys in the car for Kortne to retrieve whenever she woke up that day.. I say this is most likely because this exact situation occurs on a weekly basis amongst groups of friends in their going out..

Moo about it still being in custody vs. MR's car that was seized, searched and returned.. Some believe this to be Indicative that her car holds evidence therefor its being held.. Moo differs in that if Kortne was alive and well and not the victim of foul play she too, just like MR would also have her car back in her custody.. What I mean is that LE keeping it doesn't at all equate it holding evidence imo.. Kortne is no need of having her vehicle, it remains unclear what's happened to her and where, and her family I'm certain has no desire to rush and have her car back.. Therefor LE "can" keep it as long as they please with no worries of having to have legal probable cause to as they would with say MR..hopefully I made that clear enough..

IMO Kortne's car being in LE custody doesn't indicate anything one way or another..

Neighbor TS-
While his involvement has thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into the situation for some imo at this point I still am not leaning his way as being involved.. Jmo.

Which once again leads me straight back to the one person that I very early on believed the case narrowed down to, CP-
There are several disturbing or troublesome details that imo appear to lead back to him, but I'll once again point to what imo I have been damn certain of..

Kortne did not leave the confines of her abode of her own free will.. She did not walk out of the doorway of her home and at some point thereafter met with foul play.. Kortne was not of her own free will when she exited her home the very last time..

If That is so and imo it is... Well.. If she wasn't of her own free will she was under the will of another individual of which there was only one, by admission of himself.. CP...

I will look for it but thought I read that he called the police and Kortne's landlord, meaning she had the landlord. TS owns his half the way I understood it.

That's another odd piece to this puzzle. Rodriguez's account gave the impression that they went from Harrisburg straight to his house and dropped him off. Her car was impounded in her parking area behind the apartment. How it got there is a mystery as of now.

Thanks, it never ocurred to me that it was her landlord (i don't think i would ever have the nerve to call a landlord of my own at 4 AM, never mind, someone else's landlord! Gah!) Does anyone know how far away Kortne's landlord lives?

was the gas station closer to Rodriguez? wondering why KS didn't just leave her car at home. she and CP take the Acura and pick up Rodriguez at his house? I guess I am wondering why they needed the gas station? could it be the original plan was at end of the evening to have CP drop off KS at gas station and they each go their separate ways?

No kidding...I would barely have the nerve to call the police at 4am, but if I did, I sure would be there when they came...
