Interesting. Hopefully people keep telling more about what they know and what they heard of. Neighbors, persons with her that night/morning, a charged shady cop and his now deceased son, the one arrsted for home invasion and kidnapping, all of were messing around w dealing drugs or trying to, numerous of mentioned persons of interest were previously known to be creepy with women, a sweetheat crush, family has been hit n miss with i for they share…

May the truth shine and shine through soon. Justice is needed for those responsible.

I'd love to believe AB (the woman posting on Facebook, not the potentially-involved AB), but she makes it tough. She declares she has all of this evidence but never posts anything to prove it other than just saying so.

I mean, the ex girlfriend of one of the potential people involved has Kortne's laptop and the family/PI/detectives didn't care or do anything with it and this woman reached out to AB of all people? The family wants to cover it up but did many interviews and has 50k reward money for information? If the Palmyra police were able to kill Kortne and cover it up flawlessly, wouldn't they do the same to the person who's outting them? You can even look at some of her earlier comments on articles and videos/the times she was interviewed and she has changed her story. She also notes using a psychic for information.

If she has Kortne's laptop location, recordings of the killers admitting to where the bodies are found, evidence of the police/Stouffer family harassing her, and proof that it's all drug-related activity involving the Palmyra police department from a 1990s drug deal, you'd think she would prove it in some way. She also wouldn't need a psychic for anything.

For those that live in the Harrisburg area, there is a very popular Facebook page called "Channel 5 Ratchet News". 2 days ago, they posted an article from Penn Live about a woman, HL whose remains were just found in the area. HL's story has nothing to do with this case but the discussion turned to KS.
In the Facebook comments, there is someone very publicly accusing one of AB's home invasion buddies (JW) for the murder of KS.

Just out of curiosity, I messaged this commenter directly and his response was "its in his discovery" and wouldn't provide any other information nor how he attained that info.

It doesn't discredit anything but just wanted to put that out there.

Yes unfortunately there seems to be an education/communication barrier there, however, that was what alerted/confirmed a missing carpet. I wouldn’t doubt bits and pieces of those comments/posts/conversations with DA from people that partied in those circles can have some enlightening details.

Oh to be able to read the police reports, interviews, and any evidence!

…i wish the potentially out there or crazy stuff people theorize or heard in the rumor mill would get contested and corrected by those with factual information. Something to that effect would be the benefit of people spouting stuff - to trigger accurate factual information. It’s so muddy, and I guess calling it muddy can be an unfortunate unintended pun regarding the case.

I agree. The reporting for this case was incredibly messy early on and we never got any clarification on what's right and what's wrong.

At this point, I think I've read every article written about the case and it's crazy how many things were misreported and then spread like wildfire. Reading through the first few KS threads on here really demonstrates how little was actually known. It's still impossible to know what was misreported and what's correct.

IIRC, I dont even think we knew AB's name as the person she argued with at the hardware bar until like 2016. Up until that point, we really only knew about CP, MR, and the neighbors.

For so long people were suspicious of the boyfriend, and he was in jail when she disappeared. Silly things like that really diverted the rumor mill. The police not releasing any additional information a decade after the fact is a shame.

Yup, everyone associated, including LE, has legit shadiness around them one way or another.

To me, those responsible and/or those that know what happened are fairly obvious at this point.

Maybe time to close the investigation and release the reports. Cases can then be re-opened like the Tupac and Kurt Cobain cases for example. Or charge someone to see what happens when one them are charged…dunno. Something doesn’t seem right with leaving a case open and not working on it…

Random pieces I found interesting:

Family thinks it was Cody pretty much

Dog was present and going crazy when police arrived for the last time, silent other than that

Neighbors called cops first time for alcohol and knew she was having a party

Arvard fight was because of suspicions of robbery. House robbed twice prior to disappearance.

Cody crush on courtney, was simultaneously sober and too drunk to remember the events of the night(...come on palmyra police)

Neighbor continously ripped off posters around the pole outside Kortne's apartment and threw away large triangle folding signs.

Cops did not investigate as a homicide because there was no evidence of foul play

Carpet is confirmed missing.

Dog was good, typically wouldn't care if someone was knocking.

Neighbor had some handicap and had a caretaker. Caretaker wanted him to lawyer up

She did not owe drug money

Cody used to go to gas station sister worked at and always tried to talk to her, asked her "why do you hate me so much?" Made her super uncomfortable.

AB was apparently abusive to girlfriends, Ab, Cody, milton were really close

AB was pressed hard when he was in prison but did not give anything

Thanks for the vid and summary. Cody, AB, Milton (and AB home invader buddies) still look to be in the worst light out of all of the associated persons in the case.

I have always believed it to be Cody. Occam’s Razor.

If it is Cody, then Kortne’s remains are probably local to the area.

They did mention AB (women who said Kortne was dumped in memorial lake) and although it was a very quick skim, they confirmed that her knowing about the carpet was something that wasn't public at the time.

I'm not sure a lot of the other stuff AB is sharing is correct, but it does seem like she may have actually overheard them talking about it at a party.

Looking back at the articles written about her, it sounds like the police didn't want the carpet to be public knowledge and Kortne's dad accidentally let it slip in an interview as to why he thought her rumors had enough weight to warrant a seaech of memorial lake.

Milton and Cody were rumored to have been seen with shovels. Maybe she wasn't dumped in memorial lake, but buried around it? It's a big lake with quite a few concealed paths that can be accessed with a vehicle. They only had a couple of hours to get her out of the house, to the lake, and buried. It's an 18 minute drive from Palmyra to the lake. Im writing this at 3:12 am, so the traffic conditions are accurate to what they would have faced. The sister in the video said she believes whatever happened to Kortne happened between the police leaving and coming back for the last time. Police left at 3:49, were contacted by neighbors again at 4:11, knocked at 4:31 and left at 4:36.

Kortne is attacked by Cody around 4:10 am and he has her subdued by 4:31. Cody is then seen around sheetz at 7:56. They had 3 hours to get together and plan, get her out of the house, get her to the lake, and find a spot to bury her. Unless they had something in mind already, this would all be "off the cuff" thinking. If Cody made an advancement and Kortne rejected him resulting in an attack, they wouldn't have plans prepared. They also would need additional time for digging and getting cleaned up. 3 hours to find a spot to dump a body or to dig one yourself.

She's either in the deepest part of a local lake/pond/river or she's in a shallow hole somewhere off a path near a road in memorial lake.

I don’t believe it even has to be Memorial Lake. There are so many areas that get very rural and very secluded in a very short drive from Palmyra.

Cody worked at Penn National shoeing horses. It gets VERY secluded up off the backside of the track.

It is less than an hour from Palmyra to the Appalachian Trail, many state gamelands and state parks.

From what Kortne’s family has said about her, this is not a woman who was going to just let some guy manhandle her or do whatever he wanted to her, unless she was receptive to his advances. I bet the scuffling noises her from her apartment were her fighting back. I don’t doubt that for a second.

Factor in Cody’s profession- farrier, commonly known as a blacksmith. I have owned horses for 45 years, and worked in the equine industry as a professional as well. I have known many a farrier, and these guys are strong. I don’t think Cody would have had any problem overpowering Kortne and moving her body out of her apartment, down the stairs and into a vehicle.

I would love to know if a cadaver dog ever search Cody or Milton’s cars!

Does anybody remember what time the neighbor heard the scuffling noises in Kortne’s apartment and what time Cody texted her while in the Turkey Hill? That is the length of time he had to dispose of Kortne.

The time frame was in my last post.

Police left at 3:49 from the second to last call, were contacted by neighbors again at 4:11 for the last call because of the stomping noises and screaming, knocked on Kortne's door at 4:31 and left at 4:36. Cody was then seen at Sheetz at 7:56.

Milton's car and his father's home (where he lived or stayed the night at) were searched by police in early August.
