The DA’s Office says in Yard, the Supreme Court held that the Talley case dose not apply to homicide cases in which a defendant could be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. The Commonwealth filed a motion to revoke bail as a result of that decision. The motion was granted by Senior Judge John Kuhn, who ordered Bagenstose to report to Lancaster County Prison by Monday.
