CLAYSBURG - Police this week accused a Claysburg woman of serial child molestation, saying she raped and assaulted a series of preteens and young teenagers - even allegedly forcing one to sexually assault a 5-year-old girl while she watched.
Tabatha Partsch, also known as Tabatha Sossong, 39, of 367 Metzgar Lane faces 18 felony charges for alleged actions over the last year, including recording her alleged crimes with a cellphone and repeatedly exposing children to online *advertiser censored*.

Link includes her being cited before. Also throwing rocks at people's homes and leaving notes "You're Dead", and sadly babysat over the years for numerous children.

FWIW, back in the day I know many people put birth announcements in the paper. Not a good idea. This chick has been birthing children for years now.

CLAYSBURG - Accused serial child molester Tabatha Partsch's husband said Tuesday that the allegations against his wife are false - the product of a vindictive former boyfriend, nosy neighbors and, in some cases, simple misunderstandings.

Patrick Partsch, 33, said he never saw his wife do anything inappropriate with children during the year they'd lived together. Tabatha Partsch is in jail, awaiting a Thursday hearing on 18 felonies and six lesser charges related to child abuse, rape and corrupting minors.

"I don't care what anybody says or does," Patrick Partsch said. "I will stick by her through thick and thin."

Just days after he announced an about-face decision to divorce his wife, an alleged serial child molester, Patrick Partsch was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child...
Earlier this week, he told the Mirror he had realized his wife's guilt and intended to begin divorce proceedings.

"I didn't believe it at first, but I read [the charges] and it came to me," Partsch said...

Neighbors said the pair often had child visitors, with Tabatha Partsch offering her services as a "baby sitter" in what onetime guests described as filthy living conditions.

September 2012:

New reports surfaced that Patrick Partsch, released on bail Aug. 30, had repeatedly raped an 11-year-old boy over several months last year while his then-girlfriend, Tabatha Partsch, watched, police said...

The alleged victim reportedly told police the couple forced kids to watch as they molested other children, threatening beatings if the victims refused. New police reports include references to a 12- or 13-year-old girl whom they also allegedly abused.

The 12-year-old told police he recalled the alleged abuse while attending weekly counseling sessions in Wisconsin. He's written nearly four journals' worth of his memories, to be given to Milwaukee police and forwarded to Greenfield Township officers, according to the affidavit.

The child also reported that Patrick Partsch had called him in Wisconsin shortly before his first arrest in August, begging the alleged victim to change his story "and tell [police] that he made it all up so that the charges would go away."

The boy was recently diagnosed with an infection consistent with a sexually transmitted disease, police said.

July 2013:

[Blair County Judge] Milliron met Friday morning with prosecution and defense attorneys and said he wanted to get the cases against Patrick Michael Partsch, 34, and Tabatha Ann Marie Partsch, 40, moving through the system...

Patrick Partsch faces 13 charges, including rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and sexual assault of a child under 13 years of age.

His wife has 40 charges against her including conspiracy to commit child rape, aggravated indecent assault and other related sexual offenses. She also faces charges of recklessly endangering another person and corruption of minors.

Tabatha Partsch, 40, was sentenced to 15-30 years in prison, to be followed by 15 years' probation, and Patrick Partsch, 34, will be behind bars for eight to 28 years.

Tabatha Partsch pleaded guilty to 37 charges.
Patrick Partsch entered no-contest pleas to 18 charges...

At least two of the children were raped by the couple. They were subjected to indecent assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. The children, under 13 years of age, were given alcohol and cigarettes, shown pornographic material and were photographed...

The investigation into the Claysburg family was initiated by Greenfield Township police in September 2011 when a mother reported her 14-year-old son had been in the Partsch home, and he reported that the Partsches had taken a child into their bedroom and locked the door. He suspected abuse...

Five months later, a mother discovered text messages involving her son and sexual incidents, watching pornographic movies and pictures taken of him by Tabatha Partsch...
