Can anyone tell if this young man has been ruled out? Missing just weeks prior from Washington D.C.. Weight and eye color are off, but I’m curious if anyone else sees a resemblance? I can’t tell if Gregory has a naturally large space between his eyebrows or if maybe they were manicured that way.
