Everyone should take a close look at that photo of the homemade airgun. If you ever see someone carrying a weird pipe and holding it like a rifle, run away. It might not look like a deadly weapon but it could be.

Heartbreaking for her family and friends. How horrible for her daughters, to know they were asleep while their mother lay dying on the driveway.

Obviously premeditated, first-degree murder when you're building your own gun. I hope the perp gets convicted without delay. No bail, no plea bargain, no parole.

Judge grants Raszler defense request to access evidence from Horvath trial

During a status conference for Josef Raszler, a judge allowed the defense to access new information in an entirely different case.

Michael Horvath is accused of kidnapping, torturing and killing Holly Grim in 2013. Police found her body three years later.

Raszler, Roof, Horvath and Grim all worked at Allen Organ Co. in Macungie at certain points.

"It's pretty obvious that there are two victims employed at the same place and there are two men being charged with those homicides, some things that have been said about Mr. Horvath in a category that we should be looking at," said defense attorney Phil Lauer.

Wow. Many have been saying since Raszler's arrest there was a connection. Raszler's defense team wants to look at Horvath case. What the heck is going on?
The obvious stretch to find anything to put reasonable doubt in some moron's mind. Like Horvath took time out of is own life of crime to camp out at Raszler's house and shoot the kid's ex with a homemade gun.

OMG, that "I respect life" line was such a sociopath way to go. Like how about you talk about how sad you were that she was killed, how broken you are that anyone could think that you were responsible. But he tipped his hand by doing what they always do - failing to mimic a real human emotion.
