When will this torture for the Alexander family stop?! It's not right that this situation can't be resolved so they can be over and done with it- never again having to be in a closed room with the murderer of their brother. JA and her DT want to stretch it out for as long as possible. It's NOT going to change anything. The amount of delays and postponements during this trial has been just ridiculous!

If he is going to speak on Jodi's behalf he may not be able to hide his face. Hiding of the face seems somewhat less than honest to me!

He was probably subpoenaed last time, but this time would be of his own free will. I say if he wants to be the hero here, do it with the dignity of showing who you are. If you're a coward, don't testify.

Can anyone tell me WHY JA wears fake glasses? You can clearly see that the lenses do not distort her face when you look through them to the side of her face. Any REAL glasses would.

If, as and when Jodi mentions to the jury "I want to live", Juan Martinez can and will wip out the recent interview clips of her saying she does not want to. Looking forward to it. Anything she says, he will impeach her in two seconds flat. NOTHING Jodi, Daryl or childhood girlfriend could say can combat the VIS we heard today.


As with all things Jodi has done and said in this case, it will be her own words that do her in. That little interview she gave is going to backfire on her , to biblical proportions. In the words of Mark Nejame, "That is being overly generous in my characterization!"

IMO, he has to bring out the tape, specifically the part about how she doesn't like to look at the family b/c they remind her of her "abuser." Also the part about hypocrite. He should say to the jury, remmeber when Stephen and Samantha were talking to you, and Jodi was acting like she was so upset and sympathetic and crying? Welll, take a look at THIS. So any juror that might have thought she was really feeling upset for the family, they would have all those thoughts erased away with one look at that tape.
