This is going to sound snarky, but there is an obvious difference in how this guy is being searched for than other killers.

Remember a couple of weeks ago when there was a manhunt for the guy who sent the manifesto to President Trump? What, it took 24 hours to find him? He also talked about various groups so LE wasn't certain what his intention was.

Or if an LE is murdered, it is a full scale manhunt to locate him. Now with several LE murderers in recent memory they have been skilled and managed to elude police for a time. However, there was still a manhunt going on.

The point being this guy walked up to an unknown man and shot him. Yet he had the foresight to record his actions live on FB. Is he not one of the scariest people to be free on our streets? Where is the manhunt for him?

Are we the citizens not just as important as the above examples? Are we waiting for him to strike again to get his location?

My opinions only.

I was trying to say that earlier. From the onset LE has acted without (at least on the outside) an urgency, IMO. That is why I think somehow they are leaning more towards they believe he will kill himself and not harm anyone else.

What other explanation could there be for nothing to be locked down. Now just learning that the killing was the first video not the last - that makes it even more weird, no?

Local people would know from the background where the deceased was. Has anyone scene any video of this massive police arrival around the sidewalk?

I have yet to see any news reports with a siren in it??

What video did the public see first in real time- was it the murder?

It's really strange all the way around

I watched it a few times to catch the words hard to hear. Apparently he was talking to a fraternity omega bro. He said he shamed omega but mostly himself. I caught a few things that made me believe his life was over.

I agree with the other poster that said he will probably be found dead in a place they shared together.

He mentioned a purple and gold church where he killed some people. Anyone know of a purple and gold church? LE said he was close with some church elders. He mentions killing Greeks I wonder what that's all about. Perhaps the owners of Jacks casino were Greek?

Do you mean in the one where he's just talking on the video? He says, "F ____ Taylor, and F J.L." The ____ Taylor is where she works, which he's parked outside of at that moment. (I can't tell what the first word of that is, that's why it's a blank.) He also names his mother at the end.

It actually took 10 days to find that guy - he went off the grid until a citizen happened to find him on his hunting land. If that guy hadn't gone to his property and taken his atv out, Jakubowski could still be out there in the wind (or he could have carried out an attack). Jakubowski gave no indication of where he was after he set his suv on fire - no cell phone pings, no sightings. The police/fbi checked out some abandoned buildings in the area and a former residence but didn't get anywhere until the landowner ran across him by chance. Technically there was a manhunt but they didn't really know where to look and he was 2.5 hours away from where he was last seen. It wouldn't have been possible to search everywhere for him nor would it have been a productive use of resources. I think this is a similar situation - besides putting his photo out and info on his car what else is really feasible besides following up on tips? Where should they look? He could be almost anywhere by now.

Just wanted to point out that it took 10 days for LE to find Joseph Jakubowski. (Manifesto man). Personally I feel that LE is doing quite a bit. They are keeping the public informed with multiple press conferences, offered a $50,000 reward for his arrest. They are looking high and low for this guy. His mother and gf have been given protection. Finding him is not an easy thing to do.

I'm not sure what you think should be locked down. The entire city of Cleveland? Without an idea where he might be, it's kind of hard to take that kind of overt action.

I don't know if you saw my post upthread--we saw about six New Jersey State Police cars surrounding a small silver car with temporary plates on an exit where they had apparently herded the vehicle off I-78 this morning. There might not be a single point of focus, but LE everywhere seems to be on alert.

Just because you don't hear sirens doesn't mean there isn't a manhunt going on.

Those statements from him seem out of touch and delusional to me. Purple and gold are the colors often seen related to his fraternity. Also the term "greeks" is most likely a fraternal reference.

Well, that article has been changed a whooooole lot since last night!!! LOL. I dont know why they do that! Just write yourself a new article instead of changing the information over and over. It is hard to keep up with and they always remove details that we can no longer find.

I don't even see the murder video on the page anymore. It is at a link you can click. So, it seems all the videos are safe to watch---- for now!

I think his name is Jason which he was his friend in his fraternity. I think he might be the one they interviewed in one of the news article I read. There has been so much.

I don't think this will end any different then. Elliott Roger, Christopher Dornan, Vester Lee Flanagan aka Bryce Williams and who's the other one? I'm so tired I can't remember.

I don't believe he would fit this criteria. It can be overgeneralising to fit anyone who acts out in such a manner as an injustice collector. IMO It's becoming a catch-all phrase used way too often for these types of crimes. This guy is having some type of psychotic break.

Not all criminals have psychotic break. Psychotic does not often cause violence.

This one sounds like he planned it.

I think they went like this:

1. The two doors video. That is where he is sitting outside his ex's workplace.
2. The murder
3. Him in the car, talking on his other phone to people.

In the third video, he is reading comments about his murder video or texts asking, "Is this real?", so I think it was actually live.

I am not implying that they are not doing everything they can to find him! There has (that I have ever seen) a reporter, with crime scene up behind him or her and describing that an elderly man has apparently been shot in the head. It happened right me etc etc ??
