Charge : POSS AMMUNITION BY FELON - Code Section : 18.2-308.2 Case Type : Felony Class : 6

Charge X4 : OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE - Code Section : 18.2-460 Case Type : Felony Class : 5 - (x4 charges)

§ 18.2-10. Punishment for conviction of felony; penalty

f) For Class 6 felonies, a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court
trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.

(e) For Class 5 felonies, a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than 10 years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court
trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.

This clearly states that the letter was seized and submitted to prove that he is a flight risk as well as a danger to himself and the community as a whole. Also states that in recorded phone conversations while in Jail, he stated he wanted to kill some "kid" .... Also makes the argument that he is a career armed criminal, and that, if convicted, the federal government intends to request the maximum sentence of 15 years in federal prison.
