Help me remember...a while back I remember reading that there was a male teacher with the initials P.M. that was a teacher at Skyline and a very close friend of DDS??? This teacher was at Skyline until the end of the school year and now is not listed there any longer as in will not be working there this upcoming school year. Math was the subject. I think I remember hearing that was because he had moved. Anyone have any memory of this???

I still feel that TH DID tell the teacher there was a dr's appt--that she and Kyron left the school somehow, possibly she signaled Kyron from outside one of the unlocked doors at the school, that she picked up DS @ the place she was working that day and they took Kyron first to Sauvie Island and moved him from there.

I haven't quite put my theory all together yet, but I'm wondering if somehow DS's involvement has to do with her looking enough like TH to pass for her. Maybe she was the one who checked into the gym using TH's card? Maybe she was the one who went to the grocery store to get medicine for Baby K? With their hair up and a baseball cap on, these women may look enough alike to fool a camera, especially if the camera isn't of great quality. Anyway, see where I'm going with his? Not sure how it would have gone down, but it could be a way for TH to establish an alibi, while actually being somewhere else disappearing Kyron. They could have even switched phones, vehicles, who knows.

MOO - like I said I haven't completely thought this through. I have trouble organizing my theories, which is why I don't post often and mainly just read.

ITA! In the beginning, I was trying to figure out how TMH's weight gain played into my theory - and lo and behold, I think I have finally found an explanation that rings true!

IMO, for someone to display such noticeable weight gain when she was formerly much more svelte even after recently giving birth there is usually a good reason.:waitasec:

I had been thinking antidepressants and/or alcohol - but now I think the weight gain is more directly related to premeditation on TMH's part, in order to have a "twin" to stand in for her while she did her dirty work...:snooty:

I would be willing to bet that people who know TMH and DS have commented before on how they could pass for sisters, I know it's the first thing I thought when I saw the photos...:waitasec:

I still think Terri left Skyline school that morning with Kyron. I believe he walked out with her thinking he had a doctors appointment, no one noticed because of the chaos going on around them with the science fair. IMHO, this is exactly why she premeditated all of this and waited for that day to carry out her plans, which further explains making the call to the doctor on the day before, plus sending an email saying he walks in and out of rooms, making people think he is having some kind of seizures. To this day, I have not heard anyone other than Terri claim that Kyron was having any problems. However, she did say that it had being going on for 2 weeks, so she just happens to make the appointment the day before he goes missing? I call her bluff. She walked out of that school with Kyron, and if no one seen her with him heading to whatever vehicle, it was just her lucky day, but I can almost bet that she had a back up plan if she seen anyone who could identify Kyron and herself going to the whatever vehicle she took him in. No doubt in my mind she had a back up plan all along.
I am truly sick inside knowing this poor precious child is out there somewhere alone...I am furious that I cannot round up half a million people to stand hand in hand and walk straight through Portland looking for him. Damn the fools who did this!

Teri attends science fair with Kyron in a blend in the crowd white truck , sets up confusion with drs appts, takes alibi pic, gets kyron out of school with no witnesses that Teri is aware of {with or without Dedes help}. Beelines it to the 1st FM to get proof she was there shortly after 9. Teri states "it" happened between 9 and 10, so she needed to be seen soon after 9 and as far away as in, 7 miles from the school.

She parked far away from the entrance so any cameras wouldn't show the inside of the truck and have Kyron be seen. So she had to go to a store with a large parking lot so she could park far away. Kyron alone in the car...she buzzed in and out in a hurry...just get a receipt.

Once she had the 9:12 time stamped receipt she had to kill time until the 10am start of school. She needed to make sure the school wasn't going to call about Kyrons absence. So off to the 2nd FM. Good story about the 1st FM not having the medicine so she had an excuse to go to the 2nd one. She picked one further away to waste time....she could NOT be seen with Kyron so she couldn't go shopping and take him with her, couldn't leave him in the car, couldn't go to a drugstore...parking lot to close to cameras.

Ok, so now its alittle past 10, the school didn't call to find out where Kyron was so now the coast is clear. Time to pick up Dede, otherwise know as "driving a cranky baby around". They "do it, dispose of Kyron in a preplanned place in the woods/field. The truck is muddy. Dede drops Teri off at the gym, goes to the car wash or somewhere to clean the car, picks Teri up from the gym, Dede gets dropped back off at work, Teri goes home, posts the alibi pic and the rest is history.

Teri and Dede sucker gullible girls into buying secret phones, they let them think they need it for girl talk, but Teri and Dede need it to communicate about their nefarious activity. Michael Cook is a red herring which just speaks to the icy callous person Teri is.

Several months later when the law suit is settled with the school for millions of dollars, Teri and kaine divorce leaving a nice settlement for her and the baby, Teri has liposuction and tons of other cosmetic surgery and gets back into bodybuilding, Dede buys a big farm. Oh what a wonderful plan those crazy redheads hatched. Worked out well for them don't ya thinK?

OK, so change the end of the story to TH completes the MFH plot. Then any and all money that had belonged to KH now belongs to TH and baby K. Speculating...

I have been on here since the begining and I DO remember something to this regard. It seems to me it was a flippant statement when all of a sudden this Dede person appeared in the mix. However, I have looked also, googling around every term I can think of and can't find a thing. I'm pretty sure it was one of the first reports put out when none of us had any idea who this person even was....like one of those "Who is Dede Spicher" articles. But I can't find it either.

I think because DeDe left her car at the home she was working at that morning means Terri could have picked her up at a place near the edge of the property a a set time (DeDe leaves cell there to not be traced). If DeDe had access to another vehicle that day at her work, I'm thinking that someone there would know about it and the info would be out there by now (wishful thinking?)

Terri gets DeDe to drive baby K around in her truck that morning and go to the grocery stores while she leaves in another vehicle with Kyron and maybe someone else? Maybe the other vehicle was already parked at the school overnight, she was apparently at the school the day before to drop off the science project. Maybe someone else drove over another car to leave it there overnight and then this person hitched a ride home with Terri on that Thursday. This other vehicle would be the vehicle LE needs to locate in this theory. JMO

Great job by so many members - thank you for your thoughtfulness and hard work. I wonder if LE reads these posts to help them in not over-looking anything! I think LE is probably doing a tremendous job - and if we knew all of what they have gone through, we'd probably say "well done." I believe the new flyers and requests for public help indicates a "ruling out" process (possibilities/suspects/unaccounted for parked cars) as well as "ruling in" the accuracy of the facts they have gathered.

Here's my theory - piggybacking on several theories already presented - with the aim of accurately matching a scenario to the facts as we know them. Unfortunately, I also have a sad ending to my theory that I have not seen here yet, and I wanted to float it by you all....When/if beautiful little Kyron is found...will there be "faked forensics" that could have implicated Kaine as the culprit if LE had not already known about TH's MFH. In other words, was the plan to "get rid of Kyron" and have LE think Kaine did it - so he goes off to prison leaving TH to have her kids and benefit from any financial lawsuits - as well as all the publicity surrounding this tragedy (not to mention book deals!)? I found it curious -- and keep going back in my mind -- to the white pick-up that was seen by residents on an isolated wooded dead-end end (I believe it was Cornelius Pass Rd) by multiple observers at 3pm Friday and again at 2:30am Saturday morning. Was this a decoy second white truck that was driven specifically at those times in order to implicate Kaine? (Remember, he came home at 2:30p - but that was considered earlier than his typical ETA home on his regular work schedule.) Having put that out there for our wonderful sleuths - here is my theory: (and a big thank you to Steadfast for the excellent visual timeline! It really helped!)

Firstly, you have to understand, if there is a credible MFH plan (and it has not been discounted) - we are talking about a sociopath. I don't care how she presents - underneath the image we have a sociopath. Interestingly, Kaine never knew about the landscaper (MFH guy) - nor that TH was "that close" to DDS. We have to consider that a sociopath often has a secret life -- it's what excites them. (I know it's hard to think about that beautiful child-- and the other children involved, being parented by a sociopath - but believe me, it happens more than you'd want to know. To solve this, you have to think like a criminal.)

- TH arrived early (8:15-ish?) to elementary school with Kyron. She drives Kaine's truck supposedly to bring home the science project later, but as many have pointed out - she never did that at the end of the day - in reality she needed the truck to drive off-road through rough terrain later. She parks in south lot. DDS parks next to/near her. Perhaps DDS gets into the truck and they confer. DDS returns to her blue Explorer, remains there until a designated time while TH and Kyron go inside.
- I believe Hollye did a phenomonal job outlining possible scanrios inside the school (complete with layout!). Well done! SOunds solid to me....TH takes the photo - is seen leaving without Kyron by key people.
- BeanE did an amazing job figuring out the truck movements in front of the school (DDS moving the truck up so Kyron can see it and head out the south door - where he was last seen inside the school). Perhaps it went down this way, because the groundskeeper had unexpectedly shown up -- and parked in their designated spot on the access road. They could have seen him there first thing when they pulled in, so the plan is slightly altered, DDS hopped into TH's truck to discuss what to do. DDS moves the white truck into place on the access road (at 8:45) as soon as groundskeeper leaves. (Groundskeeper could have messed up their whole plan if he hung around longer!)
- DDS remains in her blue Explorer parked in south lot -- to keep watch that TH and Kyron get out without beeing seen. Think about it - TH needed someone to "watch from behind" to make certain no parent/teacher spotted them at the access road, and TH didn't know about it. That would have blown everything. She needed a lookout parked in the school parking lot (where the action was) who could scope that out.
- Kyron believes he is going to the doc -- he is given "medication" that knocks him out. Many members have already talked about how easy it is to knock out a child with regular prescription meds (sadly). DDS heads in her blue explorer for her job site 5 mins. away and checks in at 9am - TH goes to FM and gets her alibi. She parks far enough away so it would be hard to see Kyron in back seat (and her windows are tinted back there).
- Shelbar53 nailed it, I believe, suggesting that nothing really started until after 10am - after KH was sure the Kyron's absence didn't trigger a notification to DY or KH. As soon as that was solid, TH picked up DDS at her job site (DDS's car remained behind so folks would think she was actually at work, as suggested by so many members). They head to a pre-determined site (Cornelius Pass area??) where whatever happened to that beautiful child occurs... from after 10am to 11:30am. (The baby is in her carseat - possibly lightly drugged with a regular med, so she sleeps but doesn't witness. I think this is possible, bec. she is saying the baby is ill, which would explain her "drowsiness" later to Kaine.)
- Shelbar53 is genius for suggesting that DDS drops TH off at the gym - then drives around cleaning the car, etc. As a look alike - if anyone caught the car out there, they would assume the red-head is TH. The car wash scenario is something I never thought about - until Shelbar53 mentioned it - way to go!
- TH is picked up by DDS - they drive to DDS job site around 1pm (when her co-workers said she appeared there)...and TH goes home, etc. Kaine returns home 2:30p - which again, was earlier than usual - and he is able to go to the bus stop for his son with TH.
- It's important to remember that there were multiple reasons for TH to return to the school at the later part of the day -- but she didn't... 1) the talent show that she knew about -- but apparently DY and KH were not informed 2) to pick up the science project - (probably the other projects went home that day)... 3) just to pick up Kyron so he wouldn't have to take the bus home.

I don't know where the Starbucks fits in -- interestingly, TH omitted it in her e-mail when she was accounting for her schedule - although she reported out evereything else in specific detail. This Starbucks is probably very significant!

The cells - members already gave great explanations of how they fit in - for secret communication between DDS and TH.

IMO I think Kyron's "seizures" were 1) to throw out another red herring for the police (could Kyron have had a seizure and wandered off) and 2) if Kyron is never found, lead people to believing he just wandered off, 3)give a reason for scheduling a doc apt as the ruse for getting Kyron away from school. C'mon -- Kyron's parents had not heard he was having these alarming spells?!

I also think her speaking so negatively about Kaine - making him sound unstable to others -- could have been part of the set-up to make people wonder if Kaine could have hurt his own son.

Some things I've been thinking about over the last few days --

If LE have stated repeatedly that there is no evidence Kyron is not alive, I take that to mean no evidence in terms of forensic, circumstantial, inadmissible, or otherwise. I include Terri's supposedly failed LDTs in this category. If Terri murdered Kyron, had him murdered, or handed him off to someone who she knew was going to murder him, and she's a sociopath, then it makes no sense that she'd pass this portion of the polygraph and fail a portion of lesser importance, let's say the questions about her whereabouts. If she's a sociopath and she's guilty, she passes everything. If she's not and she's guilty, she fails everything. FWIW, I don't believe LDTs are foolproof, but DY and KH are using those LDTs in the public sphere as proof of Terri's involvement, therefore, they're fair game, IMHO. Also, IMHO, if DY and KH believe the LDTs are proof of her involvement, then what they're saying in the public sphere should be an indication of what questions she failed. The inference from the beginning has been about her timeline not about Kyron's well-being. In fact, DY and KH have continued to assert that they believe Kyron is alive or "stashed" somewhere, indicating whatever portion of the LDTs Terri failed wasn't related to his well-being.

Is it possible LE believed her timeline story was bogus, they told her she failed the timeline portions of her polygraphs, but in actuality, she passed them? By all accounts, so far, LE is confirming the version of events she presented in her e-mail on June 5. That she had an account of her whereabouts early on is also baffling, considering Desiree strongly and publicly stated otherwise.

IMHO, I believe LE has evidence that indicates it would've been nearly impossible, from a time perspective, for Terri to abduct, murder, and dispose of Kyron, and also IMHO, that's why they've adjusted their theory to include DS and/or someone else. I think they've verified her timeline, and it matches up to at least what she's said from day one. Whether they believe she was driving the baby around for however long, and I'm inclined to think it was less than 90 minutes, is another story, but I think her account of her whereabouts matches up to the extent they are able to verify it, meaning she did go to two Fred's, she did go to the gym, she was sending e-mails and posting pictures from home to Facebook at the given times. She probably also went to Starbucks, hence the GJ testimony of the employees, accounting for more time and giving her less time to do anything nefarious.

Also, during the time in which she is accounted for, she's supposed to be picking up Dede? If she's also picking up Dede during these times, that's even less time she has to murder and dispose of Kyron.

IMHO, the window of time she would've needed is becoming problematic with the window of time she would've had based on what LE has verified about her day.

Thanks for your detailed thoughts, Midsomer. You may be right...I don't know what to think. But somehow I think it will come out that it was all less complicated and planned out, hence Dede's unexplained absence from worksite and Terri's wonky alibi. And I think Kaine, or LE, would notice a newly-washed vehicle, since the vehicle would have been at least visually examined that first day. And she may have told LE about Starbucks, just not her friend in the e-mail, we have no way of knowing what she told LE exactly.

I honestly don't have a theory at this point, except that I do not think Kyron is "stashed" anywhere alive.

OK, maybe the reason that nobody saw Terri leave with Kyron is because she 'hid' him in Kiara's stroller...maybe as a game for him on the way to the 'Dr?' And isn't there arsenic in some gardening supplies....or is it pesticides?? THAT explains a little confusion & POSSIBLE method of 'disposing' of Kyron. Also, if these bat phones were purchased on purpose then the real phone was driven around as a distraction to LE. I believe that she took that picture as part of her later 'alibi.' I saw her Facebook wall before she took it down & was really surprised that her profile picture was still her DD while he SS went missing...meanwhile, many of her Facebook friends had changed theirs to Kyron's. This appears to be a very well thought out plan to make Kyron disappear....there is NO perfect plan.
