I agree that he maybe kills them because they won't provide services that he expects. I too have been in the adult entertaint industry and have had many clients turn ugly when they do't get what they want.

More than once I was assaulted. One guy tried to choke me and take my purse as I was leaving his motel room. Luckily my driver saw this and beat him up pretty bad before we escaped.

Another time I actually called the cops and the client was arrested for false imprisonment and second degree sexual assault. He was convicted and made to pay me back the money he had taken from me. He was sentenced to probation and is now a registered sex offender.

Some clients think just because they are paying you that you should do anything and everything that they want.

EB was slaughtered in a Madison WI. motel room by Brandon Grady a man who was angry with the way "escorts" had treated him in the past.

I think the killer/s are angry with providers.

Angry with providers and women, in general, IMO.

I totally agree! If (God forbid) he couldn't maintain an erection - you will piss him off for sure. (Sorry, graphic.)
It makes me wonder why Pak was a "driver." To me, driver = protection = safer. I doubt he could have defended her against a big guy...or even a regular sized guy!
I do believe he is the alpha male in his pack of Chiwawas! lol can't spell it!

I have always believed that knowledge is power. When I HAVE to pay for information...well...I just think that's so wrong!

Knowledge is power but it's not free. Becuase it's costs a lot to get that knowledge and someone has to foot the costs.
Behind every print story is a reporter, editor, copy editor, and production person... at least. They all went to school and had to pay for their Knowledge. Behind every story is a corporation that has to pay salaires, computers, health benefits ect.
Even the reporters can't reprint their stories, becuase technically it belongs to the paper. As it should.
We also have so many free outlets..such as libraries, where someone who can not afford to pay for a subscription or does not want to , can have access. And as a former reporter, it always made me angry when I saw my work, verbatim, attached to someone else's thoughts. Why? Easy...my work..not yours..LOL

It has been widely rumored for years that a SCPD cop went to the home of a prostitute and had his way with her. When he left the house he was reportedly drunk. He then realized he left his gun behind. Tried to go back to get it and the woman didn't let him in. He kicks the door in. The police are called. It becomes a hostage type of thing.

The SCPD charges him with such things as: Kidnapping, burglary, unlawful imprisonment, etc. NOT the DA, but the PD. He is charged administratively. I still can't figure that one out. Maybe he has friends in high places? If you ask for his IAB record you won't get it. It is confidential and protected by a stupid law called Public Officers 58. If a court said you could get it you probably can't. You see this fellow is in a place where he can just go into the record and take it out. Pooooof, like it never happened.

This once young fellow has since gone on to bigger and better things in the SCPD - much BIGGER things.

Latest rumor is that only a few years ago, maybe 5-7 this chap gets caught in NYC trolling for hookers. It was a sting operation. Like I said, he has friends in high places. The DA where he allegedly gets caught is called by the DA of this young fellow, and POOOOOOF, it all goes away - just like that.

hawkshaw
Could you please post a link to a newsreport about that case (highlighted in red)

Thanks in advance:)

The theory that the murderer is killing them because he doesn't like their service is interesting. I wonder if he's like Keith Jesperson, killing the ones who treat it like a job and don't show him any actual affection/make it seem like they love him.

I think it's more likely that he does it to ''clean up the streets'' or just plain because prostitutes are the easiest victims. People still have a very negative view of prostitutes/escorts and this ends up affecting how the case is handled. The police don't care as much as they would the disappearance of who they consider an 'innocent' victim (a child, pregnant woman, pretty college student, etc). And sometimes the family doesn't even report them missing, so no one has any idea something's wrong until their body shows up.

And I think that's the issue. I've always been a supporter of legalized, regulated prostitution AND of removing the social stigma against them for that very reason. It needs to be so that when a prostitute vanishes or turns up dead, the police and public care as much as they would when a pretty blonde college student disappears.

Wow Justice! You mean your driver didn't doubt you, diss you and ditch you to go home and play with his chihuahuas? You lucked out woman.

I am very fortunate.

The Foreigner - if there was a link I would have posted it by now. You see certain things just never seem to get out when it tends to embarrass them. Only today Newsday wrote another story on how SCPD cops rescued a gaggle of ducklings stuck in a storm drain. My gosh, the paper even reported the ducklings at been re-united with their mother.

While the media didn't report the hostage thing when it happened it was probably because they were never told about it. BUT they know about it now and believe it to be true.

Where do you think this information has been coming from? It comes from the SCPD cops that know this to be so and are too afraid to come forward. Or do you think I am making this stuff up in my head.

No hawkshaw I´m NOT thinking that you are making this stuff up, not at all, I just wanted to reseach the guy, that's all.

about a year ago I was told this story by 2 totally independent parties--I believed it then, and still do, even more so now

I DIDN'T THINK you did think I was making this stuff up. sometimes it just doesn't come across right.

Did you know I can't even submit a FOIL for the SCPD to examine this joker's IAB record in his personnel folder? It is protected by NYD Public Officer's Law 58.

Now that he is now in a position of absolute authority it is possible he took any serious charges made against him out of his folder. Who is going to tell him he can't?

Hope no one minds me jumping right in here. I am new here how ever have been following the case for some time now. So I might just be posting at random but this is the theory page so I'll go ahead with my own.
I don't think this guy kills because he is unhappy with the services. I believe he kills because it is part of his sexual fantasy. And he found him self good looking young woman to help him with his fantasy....one way or the other.
I think he follows these woman for some time. I think he may or may not have met them before killing them. I think half of the fun for him is the hunt...the challenge of getting them. I think that by calling MBB little sister was part of him reliving his fantasy. IMO he works on computers...maybe a networker or security networker. Defiantly not a cop. I also do not think he is from out of town.
No real reason for this next one....But I picture him to be actually very geeky looking. Maybe even small. Someone these girls would feel safe with...or unthreatened by enough to get in a car with him.

It was Melissa Barthelemy's sister, not Maureen's. Just an FYI.

Your right. I knew that also I just always get them two confused unless I got their pictures right out in front of me. Got to remember MBB was the first to go missing. MB got the phone calls. ughh

I would get them mixed up also at times. Three of the girls have first names that begin with the letter M.

I think it's a pretty common mistake I've seen people do time and time again. Some people just fall apart over it a little to much IMO.

I'd probably agree with the small stature, hence the petite frame of the majority of the girls. It's v unlikely he would pick girls taller than himself. I still can't help from imagining a Ridgway type character but then question myself if it's the 'clustering' that reminds me of Ridgway also

I've also pictured a Ridgway type...lol think it's just the way the cases are some what alike in a few ways.
I am just picturing someone who would be some type of computer nerd or junkie. Maybe been over looked a lot for better looking guys who were the typical jerks. But yet clean and quiet and I think it's safe to say this guy is pretty smart and has evolved.
There has also just been to much stuff surrounding computers and cell phones for me to over look some type of IT connection. Mostly security networking being the way he has been able to stay under the radar. At some point or another I just feel like he has had to of emailed one of these woman at some point.
I could go on and on about 100 other things I think about him but it would take days.
