Hawk has been stating this information all over the internet way before this case even existed. He has posted on many websites about this poi within the force. I have no idea whether there is any truth to Hawk's allegations. Out of respect for Hawk I'd rather not point you to any of those comments/allegations he's made on the other websites without his permission. I can say he NEVER stated that this police official raped or did anything to the GB4 or SG. All he ever stated was that this person has a track record that went unreported.

Hawk, I'll leave it up to you to tell the story again.
 
WOW, you guys sure gave me a lot to respond to. PS 149, KNOCK YOURSELF OUT. There is a site on Newsday that I can no longer find. I must have made at least 1500 posts on that Board. It dealt with the frame job of my soon to be former son in law.

I have also posted on 631 Politics.com under ISOM and Petefiotheerant. And other places as well.

To Kill a Mockingbird. I wrote 3 extensive letters to the US Attorney, EDNY promising them an indictment if they only took a look into the case he could wrap it all up if he brought in the three alleged witness accomplices and give them immunity. They were sniveling little cowards that would have told the truth in a heartbeat. I explained how this was a frame job giving specific irrefutable details how what was said in court was lies. The EDNY US Attorney never bothered to acknowledge my letters telling me they received them.

I then wrote a letter to the then US Attorney Mukasey and asked him to look into this matter and why the EDNY never bothered to extend me the courtesy of a reply if even to tell me to go ____ myself.

I followed up with a letter to US Attorney Eric Holder. Again, not even the courtesy of a reply.

I went to the FBI. LEFT THEM a full packet of information - not even a phone call in return.

I wrote a letter to then NYS AG Cuomo citing one particular serious act of misconduct on the part of the DA and SCPD. They had confessions from 2 of the witnesses that they committed arson for hire of an occupied building in another jurisdiction and the DA never bothered to ask the Westchester DA for her leave to over-look her case. They just didn't tell her.

I went to the NYS SIC. They could care less. It was very obvious from the opening talks they were ONLY interested in getting some dirt on then AG Cuomo because they worked for the now disgraced Gov. Spitzer. They switched allegiances as quick as you can say Jackie Robinson after Spitzer was forced to resign and knew their next boss was going to be Andrew Cuomo. But a funny thing happened before Cuomo became Governor. David Paterson was a governor that couldn't win an election against Cuomo. But the good governor Paterson did accomplish one thing I will always be grateful to him - he abolished the SIC after it was in office for 52 years.

When the SIC finished their 'investigation' they sent me a letter that they found no wrong on the part of Spota. Incredibly that very same letter sent to me is the same letter they sent to Spota. He promptly put it on his website telling the people he was investigated by the SIC and he was as clear as a newborns butt. That letter had my address and name on it.

The first thing the SIC investigators asked of me was why would the PD and DA want to frame my son in law. I told them they couldn't understand it unless they knew what they were capable of. One investigator giggled and looked at the other investigator and said " Oh, we know what they are capable of."

I'l try to address the other questions in my next post.
 
The corrupt individual I speak of is NOT the head of homicide. He is one of the top people, if not the top person in the SCPD. I take him back to Spota to 1979 when he gave testimony against his teen aged friends in the murder of a 13 year old named John Pius. 4 not so nice young men went to jail for that murder that I believe to be innocent of at least that crime. The investigation lingered on for 7 months without an arrest although Spota, then the Chief of DA Homicide brought in his 14 year old liar to give testimony against at least one of the kids. The case was so bad that it went in and out of court for 11 years.

There was a recent article in Newsday reporting that this son of satan parked his police vehicle in his driveway and 2 young men removed a bag with an empty holster/gun belt and a box of cigars. Those young men were caught. One suspect I have been tracking was held in 1/2 million dollar bail. At least 30+ charges were leveled against him. Some were felonies, in a normal setting it would be no more than a misdemeanor.

He is being held in high bail because they want to terrorize him into silence. He will get no more than time served and will probably get 5 years probation to ensure his silence. It makes you wonder what really was in that bag they are so afraid of. All I will tell you is it links to my theories I have alluded to in the past 8 years that connects the DA an this fellow in a very serious way.

BTW, I believe EVERYBODY who is ANYBODY in the DA office, the PD, knows what this fellow really is and they are too terrorized into silence because they fear for their own jobs. CE Bellone knows of this as well. I know that because I told him.

You wouldn't believe what I know and what I think I know. And that is why I believe the Gilgo Beach murders will probably never be solved because the pattern of all that I know is strikingly similar to GB4.

I hope you folks absorbed the post I wrote about a drug dealer/pornographer sold his house 4 years after buying it for 225k to a well heeled politician for 825K when the property was valued at only 425K. That the POL somehow managed to get a mortgage for 700K. That property is located right near where the bodies were found.

Yup, SS, and at the end of the day what really happened. HM didn't get Madoff because Madoff knew the end was coming and turned himself in. He turns himself in and is never indicted because the Govt doesn't want you to know what REALLY happened and who was involved. I am sure the Madoff's got assurances that Mrs.Madoff could continue living a respectable life without money concerns.

Mr HM got his 15 Minutes of Fame. Maybe picked up some clients. He maybe even bettered his lot.

Yeah, but think about how much fun he had tearing the SEC a new one. Did you see that testimony? Mama mia, there is nothing sexier than a brilliant man with huge ones. okay, so he is no George Clooney. Id bet his woman gave him a little extra lovin THAT night. Plus,
He is running a very successful fraud investigating business now.

Exposure. Bad men in LE make it not only more dangerous for the citizens, but for the good, decent, hard working cops too. that guy has got to go. (if this is true.)
 
Most cops in SCPD are just like most cops around the USA - hard working, decent men and women just trying to do the right thing. SCPD is no exception. An old timer Captain liked to say the thing I like more than a cop is TWO cops.

There is one local Blog Board that devotes a whole section to Police Issues. The postings come mostly from SCPD cops or persons pretending to be cops.

One time they posted pages of insults at their then police commissioner Richard Dormer ( not that it wasn't hard to do) They even had a contest who could make the most defiling one word description of what Dormer was. They ranked out their own police commissioner while at the same time never, or rarely mentioned this miscreant by name, be it a commendable post, and certainly not a negative post. The closest they came was to call him Jimmy. They never mentioned him by name because they were told not to put his name anywhere on a Blog Board that could have generated a negative reply.

Trust me this guy is NOT liked. My information is he is despised. Only the bad cops like him because he represents what they are : A bad cop.

The initials are JB. While he did not take part in the original investigation he has since been elevated to a rank to where he has complete control over all the detectives working on this case.

I am NOT suggesting he is the LISK, but what I can tell you is if I was running the case I wouldn't eliminate him as a possible POI until such time I was convinced he wasn't the killer.

with all due respect to Pat Brown, I disagree with a few of her points(single killer, won't kill again in area, not a cop)

IMHO, feels like 2 sks, at least one will place another close to the area, and there is a very good chance LISK is a cop (i have a diff poi on my list than HAWK, but his is good, too)
 
I have always believed that knowledge is power. When I HAVE to pay for information...well...I just think that's so wrong!
