CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Police sources confirmed that Jesse Leroy Matthew Jr. is in custody. Charlottesville Police Chief Timothy Longo is expected to make that announcement at a Wednesday press conference, and explain the details of his arrest.

Longo makes me nervous. Blah blah blah and all that. I can't help but think "loose lips sink ships." He's too emotional.

Me thinks that he might have courtroom experience from the floor (legal). IMO that would explain his 'performance'.
