In this article the woman psychic claims to have been a private investigator. Notice how all these folks are either prior pi's, bounty hunters, ect.

I wish we could find out for sure if she's affiliated with KFN because it feels like KFN to me. I did a lame google but came up with nothing but I bet the sleuths here could do a great job on that.
 
It doesn't matter if they are witnesses. Any defense attorney will make a motion to disallow this as hearsay. Even with phone records they cannot PROVE what was said during the conversation.

Let's follow your script as to an "elaborate plan" by the defense and the psychic -
"Hello, Ginette, I'm the PI/attorney for KC Anthony, I was wondering if you would want to participate in a crime to obstruct justice and tamper with evidence?"
"Oh, you would? That's great."
"Listen, I'm goind to send you a script that I want you to follow when LE contacts you, yes, yes, you will be lying to the police and giving a false statement and that is a felony, but the rewards will be beyond your wildest dreams."
"What rewards? Why a chance that Nancy Grace might contact you to have you on her show and you get to lie on national tv by making a statement that is easily provable to be a lie."
"Well, I don't know if you'll be charged or not - it is possible, because as in any conspiracy, we have several people involved who know the truth and can testify against you, and I as the PI/attorney can lose my license and end up in prison, but what the hey, will give it a try. Thanks alot, I'll mail you the script right away."

p.s. Why would my posts make you bonkers? I'm not on anyone's side, I just state the truth.
 
Plus this whole house/site PI search was around the time that KFN and the A's were thick as thieves, as I recall.
 
Turbo, where can I read about Michelle takiing the media to the abandoned house etc? I haven't seen that anywhere? What info came out of that?

The house got identified by Michelle who took the media there, and it ties in with all of KC's directions to Lee. That house may be the murder scene too and it will not take much to tie KC to that house with all the neighbors around there.

IMO -This DC's phone records are going to prove that he was lying as to whom he was talking with while searching for the body which in turn will lead right back to the Anthonys and/or JB & KC. (why do you think they worked out this elaborate plan with the psychic?)

I believe a higher power than their evil is stopping their lies as they come up and will get them all prosecuted in the end for this.

can you provide a link to where LE has confirmed or denied that DC was talking to the her at the time?? or a link to phone records?
 
I don't have to provide a link, or her phone records, I am not claiming that the PI was conversing with her - as I said, it doesn't matter who he was conversing with, this is not evidence of any crime, it doesn't prove or disprove anything, all it does is confirms people's dislike of the Anthonys. All this is, is an interesting diversion, which sheds no light whatsoever on this case.
 
So, let me get this straight...D Casey left the woods, went clamoring over to a house cause a psychic said to, and without knocking on the door or knowing any owners info, proceeded to go out back and start rifling through trash and digging in dirt. Hello???

I believe they still are thick as thieves with the Milsteads. Several days after the remains were found the M's were seen taking groceries into the A's house.

Just because someone is working for the defense, it doesn't follow that they are liars, sleazebags, evil, crooks or rotten eggs. That is how the system works - everyone is entitled to a defense and everyone is entitled to a zealous defense as if he/she was conducting it himself.

I disagree with you about the hearsay. DC is on the stand, the prosecution asks who he is on the phone with. He says x. The prosecution says, well on your phone records it says y. If x and y aren't the same, he's automatically suspect.

Prosecution asks, so did y tell you where the body was? Defense objects hearsay. The jury still heard it. It might give the defense some ground to raise in an appeal, but the jury is composed of people who do not care about hearsay rules. Academic law is much different than actual trial law - hence why there are so many settlements.

I honestly believe the meet and greet on the 15th was pre-arranged to get the media focused off the Anthony house and the neighborhood, so Casey would be free to search around the area un-noticed by the media.

Actually it does shed a bit of light on the case. Dishonest people all, by criminal records.Whether it's not paying their bills to trying to out run LE chasing them. Never hearing of any of these people until the A's case. It may be telling us a whole lot about what we are actually dealing with in this case.

Granted they haven't been charged yet in this case. Basic criminal background checks show that they have been charged with criminal offenses in the pasts.
