Is there a link or an article that states that Teresa Neves arrived with an 8 x 10 photograph of HaLeigh? When I read the police report I assumed that it was a small photo - like in your wallet and purse - and the police took that to be enlarged and reproduced for the flyers. However, I keep reading posts about TN arriving with an 8 x 10 in a frame. Thanks so much in advance!

While reading up in an old Nancy grace transcript I found this from Ronald Cummings about Haleigh's nebulizer, I knew I saw the question asked somewhere.

I have a question that goes back, way back and wonder if anyone else remembers this. It was discussed that there was a tape at the Kangaroo where RC stopped on the way home from work - and it was around 2:30am. Then discussed there was a problem with their time and it was actually the 3 something tape we talk aout today. I am asking if this was just a rumor and did LE ever discuss this issue?

ETA Or it could have been time on the receipt.

If would benefit this investigation if NG or JVM got a copy of this tape and discussed it on their show.

Not to my knowlege, (NTMK), and it's because neither JVM or NG obtained a copy of the tape and discussed it on their show. Levi Page doesn't have audio on his program so we need to rely on talk hosts like NG and JVM to air the tape.

It was discussed here and in other places online, I don't remember if NG ever discussed it. I think the times and tape were talked about downstairs. I don't think LE have made any official statements regarding the tape.

As for the copy of the tape, if it's part of the investigation, and I'm sure it is, I am not surprised we haven't seen it.

NO, I watch NG and JVM and they never aired Ron's visit to the Kangaroo Store. If Ron committed this crime, he may have shown up at the store to establish an alibi so it doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't involved in his daughter's disappearnance.

We can't discuss in detail here - it was a survellance tape, not a regular video. But thanks for answering.

Have Timmy and CC been thoroughly cleared?

Has Crystal been drug tested again?

Why is WBC in jail, what are the charges?

I have never heard that Timmy and CC have been thoroughly cleared and IMO it would be hard to do since apparently their alibi is each other, and Joe who may or may not have been gone in their van, no independent witnesses. If they were fast asleep and dídn't know if their van or Joe were there or not they might not have known if the other spouse was there either, or they might even be covering for each other. It didn't seem to me like Timmy believed he's been cleared when he said something to the effect he could be arrested if he returned to Florida (unless he has reason to think they might suspect him of some other crime).

I have seen various numbers posted as to the number of times that RC called MC the night that Haleigh disappeared.ound

Could someone please tell me where those numbers were found reported by a reputable news source? (not blog) Thank you in advance.

Didn't TN say "a cousin was there" but Ron said, no cousin was there? Would she have been referring to Joe (a cousin) or one of Ron's cousins?

I'm just trying to figure out whether there have been any statements reported in the media stating Joe was there that night.

Here is the statement regarding what TN stated and what Ron stated:

"I couldn't tell you anything about him," a distraught Neves told reporters Friday, adding that she only knew of the cousin by his first name Joe. "I can't tell you how they could have taken her from a family that absolutely adores her."

Neves said "Joe" and Ronald Cummings got into a fight over a gun during his visit, and that the cousin left town the same day Haleigh disappeared.

But Cummings denies that fight ever happened.

"There was no fight with no cousin over a gun," he told MyFOXOrlando.com.

IIRC, it was stated that Cousin Joe was at the home at some point earlier in the day.

Nothing recently that I can recall. But this is this from S Hardy very early in the investigation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tTc-nn5GaQ

He was asked directly if Joe was visiting Misty during that time and the answer was yes. I really liked this press conference and I liked it when S Hardy was the one giving the info to the media. He was much clearer than Shauland.

That is a good press conference and thank you for the video. Goodness, such a good video, but I can barely hear the questions by the reporters. When Hardy responds to "during that time," was he referring to that night or was he referring to Joe was visiting Misty during his time in Florida?

Okay, thank you, but WHO stated cousin Joe was at the home earlier in the day? I didn't see it in the article. I'm just trying to figure out who put Joe there on that day early in the case.

I know TN has said the fight over the gun took place the day prior to Haleigh disappearing, but some have denied that, so I'm just trying to figure out when Joe could have been there and at what point in this case did someone put him there.

Thank you all for your responses. Frankly, I think I'm just...:banghead:
