This article does not indicate that the neighbor heard Casey's voice as the previous poster indicated. I have not been able to locate anything that verifies for a FACT that Casey was present during that argrument or for a fact that that Casey was the LAST verifiable person to have been with Caylee. The last known person that Caylee was with was CA as fair as I have been able determine through research of the 400 pages released by LE.

Does anyone else know for fact there was someone else that Caylee was with? Not heresay!

I believe GA was the last person to see Cayle alive. According to the reports, Casey spent the night with Tony without Caylee - Cindy went to work the morning of the 16th -so only leaves GA who was not working at the time.

There is nothing which proved Casey ever went home that morning. I know CA made up those stories about "tucking in" Caylee and Casey the night of the 15th but that has all been proven to be lies by Tony and his roomate.

LE did collect a statement from Shirley P. (Cindy's mother) indicating that Caylee & Cindy had dinner @ her home in Mt. Dora before leaving that evening.

IMHO, this is the last credible sighting of Caylee.

Wouldn't it make sense that Casey drove Amy's car the entire time?
Caylee was left in the trunk of the Pontiac until Casey thought of a good hiding place...When Amy said she needed her mail...Oviedo became a good idea. She drove the Pontiac to Oviedo and back down & dumped it at the Amscot hoping it would be stolen.

Howdy fellow Texan. LOL. I also find the way they speak to be strange. The way they pronounce certain words is very different. I also find the words in a sentence that they emphasize to be somewhat odd sometimes. Casey sure like to say words like "absolutely" and "positively" and "definitely" and "honestly" - seemingly as a way of adding strength and credibility to what she is saying. I find her accent somewhat annoying at times.

According to handwring experts (posted on some thread at WS which I can't find on the board only thru a link) all those words you mention that annoy ARE sure signs that the person is lying. So your gut reaction is strong and intuitive and would keep you far away from such people.

i don't like the way she talks either. as though she were a supervisor in the case of herself from another universe...the event planner of herself...of course it is a screen play and the events change day to day.

Cindy says she or Lee can always get the truth out of Casey but that is only after the fact when the deed has been done and they have found out she has lied. And Cindy never seems to get it...that she can't trust her daughter. who in the world in their right mind would give their sociopathic lying thieving daughter their credit card?

That is why she can't report the theft of $45,000 because she gave her the card!

I was thinking about something and wondering if anyone else had any thoughts. Remember the photo of KC at the party where Caylee was (the photo with KC, Caylee, and Lauren). I though it looked like a typical Lake Vaj party since it was in a garage. Yet didn't Lake Vaj say Caylee never was at any parties. Did anyone else think that photo was taken there? I only ask because if it was not (which is looking to be the case) where do we think that party was? It was the "beer wench" t-shirt night. It was a garage so I am thinking it was not an apartment. I don't know if it makes any difference where the party was, I just always assumed it was at Lake Vaj and now it isn't so I wonder where it really was.

I want to know if the manhole that shows on the webcam now has been looked in? We had an incident here in MT and a small child was found in one. I posted this on the webcam thread and it got edited, mostly deleted. Does anyone know please?
