Yet, for the sake of discussion- the night at RM when Kaylee went to bed with RM and KC, but Kaylee was missing in the morning- CA said Kaylee was not brought home- where was she ? Also, when KC was not living at home since the 9th of June up until the child went missing, while KC was staying with AL, where was the child? Any thoughts?

Seriously? Are you really wondering? Well let's see KC took Caylee to fusion on the 13th. She obviously took her somewhere to go back there hmmmm....Chloroform & Trunk.

This may have been brought up before, but here goes....

KC had two flat t1res -Her & friends tried to use her spare and a friend"s, but friend"s wouldn't fit- she drove car for a bit on rim, chewed up tire and rim- car was towed to A's house and GA replaced tires..........did he also replace the spare?? Any chance he bought the tires at JCP??? Receipt shows how many tires he bought- one, using new tire and spare -two, using both new tires, no spare - three, two replacement tires and a spare?

I haven't seen any mention as to whether or not there was a spare tire in the trunk wheel well - but the stain that GA talks about was on the trunk floor, above the wheel well. I think KC put Caylee's body in the wheel well, hidden under the carpet, probably in soft material bag. Explains how she could drive around a little without worrying that someone would see the body or a suspicous bundle in the trunk. The bag would have leaked decomp fluids below and above if carpet was pressed down on the bag, creating the stain. Fluids in the well and the carpet would have created the horrible stench, even after she removed and desposed of the body. I totally see KC being too lazy to actually clean it up, or at least clean it well enough to remove all of the evidence. If only a small amount of decomp there, would have taken a while to get overpowering, like when picked up at the tow yard. I think when she didn't want GA to see in the trunk, she knew he would notice the stain, since he was all about cleaning and detailing the cars, not because the smell was that bad at that point. No mention that I can find, as to whether anyone- GA, CA, LA, actually looked in the wheel well. I'm sure LE CSI did when they took car, but what about before they got car? Any evidence of cleanup or tampering in that area? Can't find anything specific in released forensics...stuff they're holding back?

Here is one definition for MPD:

Multiple personality disorder (MPD) is a psychiatric disorder characterized by having at least one "alter" personality that controls behavior. Yet, there is general agreement that the cause of MPD is repressed memories of childhood sexual abuse.

I'm just throwing it out there for your consideration... in light of the recent allegations of possible sexual abuse by GA and/or LA.

I am having a HUGE problem with the theory that KC was keeping KAYLEE
in the trunk while she partied or whatever night or day.

1) The child could have awakened and screamed for "Mommy", alerting anywone in hearing distance. (OMG) I just had a light bulb moment-
So many are talking about the rash on the child's face so often- what if KC had been taping the child's mouth with duct tape? This could have caused the rash.
2) In the Florida heat, the temperature in the trunk would have been sostifling that the child would have suffocated long before.
Where would KC have stowed the child, and still have been able to get to her
quickly in the mornings. A place where animals and bugs wouldn't get to her in her drugged induced sleep?

Does anyone know if duct tape was found in the trunk?

KC had to be sure the child didn't awaken and alert anyone. Not out in the open. A place where no one would look during the night, and/or early in the am, nor on a daily basis.

Any thoughts out there?

Therefore, KC must have been storing the drugged child elsewhere!

Thank you for posting this! I'm glad someone else knows about the Florida heat and how intense it is, even at night! She would have definitely suffocated long before, had Casey been doing this to her. I don't know about any tape being found in the trunk----unless it was part of the contents of the garbage bag they found.

I wonder if we are all over thinking this case. I am on the fence as to whether Caylee's death was deliberate or accidental (although I am leaning so far to the deliberate side I am in danger of falling off!) But is it possible Caylee's death WAS an accident - be it drowning, suffocating (if that is the correct term) in a hot car, choking, etc. Casey then panicked - and I am using the 'flurry of phone calls that no one answered' as a clue here - and then things went downhill from there. She may have 'stashed' the body somewhere, backyard for awhile, car for awhile, but I think she got rid of the body by throwing it into a dumpster. Was it the dumpster at Amscot - makes sense, but it could be any dumpster anywhere around her usual hang outs - apartments, clubs, grocery stores, etc.

Her lies seem to have started when Caylee was born and just escalated from there. The Nanny, her job, Caylee's father, possible moves, getting the house from her mother, these were all said to cover the fact that she was not working. Once Caylee was dead, her lies became more elaborate as she tried to keep this fact hidden.

Could we make more sense of this whole thing if we broke down Casey's lies to before June 15/16 and after June 15/16 - or has this been done before. Is this worth trying, would it give us a clearer picture of what was going on? Would like to know what other people think about this

I think Casey took Caylee home to Cindy June 13.

Casey spent June 14 with Tony...all night. I think Cindy had Caylee.

That is probably why on June 15 Cindy was telling Casey she was a bad mother (as well as a thief who stole from her great grandfather who needed his money for his hospice care).

Caylee would not have survived in the trunk for long at all, not in the Florida heat. I don't know where that theory came from, I'm not aware of any time when Caylee was not accounted for prior to June 16th.

IMO she was not accounted for 6/9-6/14 unless she was seen for maybe 8 hours at the most.

I like your theory and I have felt LA's house is involved somehow. If LA was out of town, could his girlfriend have been there and KC may have confided to her about the fight with Mom and what happened to Kaylee. But I think KC did spend the night of the fight with Mom at LA's house.

I agree 100%. Chloroform or not, Xanax or not, about an hour in a car trunk in the Florida summer heat and you are dead from heat stroke/suffocation.

Ricardo says Casey and Caylee spent the night with him June 9th, and they were both on his couch June 10th when he left for work.
One of the friends, maybe Kristine, said she, Casey, and Caylee went to some park around the 12th or 13th.
Casey was at Fusion June 6th. Other than that, I don't remember off the top of my head Casey was somewhere and Caylee was unaccounted for.
