I started responding to a post on another thread about how Casey's being out of jail and meeting with her family and attorney gives them all an opportunity to concoct their defense and make sure everyone gets their stories straight. I got so damned fired up that it actually ended being a big-time rant, so I'm putting it here instead.
********
This is
exactly why I didn't want her bonded out (even though I recognize she has a legal right to it). If there were some information Casey didn't want to share with LE because she didn't "trust" them, that info could easily in 35 days have been privately given to her attorney, and
Caylee would be home by now. It's total BS that she hasn't spilled anything up to this point out of "mistrust" or "fear". The only "fear" she has is that of incriminating herself further.
WAKE UP, anyone who believes that
defense spin crap -- because that's all it is.
There's nothing Casey can share out of jail to find Caylee that she couldn't have shared privately with her attorney in the past thirty-five days.
Come on now...her daughter's been kidnapped and she fears for her life, but during the whole
35 days she was in jail (the same
35 days that Caylee's dangerous kidnappers could be getting more and more antsy and could
harm or kill her), Casey is content to just sit tight and let it play out, rather than sharing info with her attorney to
SAVE HER CHILD'S LIFE?
What part of that makes sense to anyone with half a cell floating around in their noggin?
BULL, BULL, BULL -- nothing but
defense BS! Baez knows it, Padilla knows it, they all know it. None of them believe that
LIE for half a second. If Caylee really had been kidnapped and Casey had ANY information whatsoever that would help find her and free her from her from that dangerous situation, she would have
TOLD HER ATTORNEY from day one.
***It doesn't take getting out of jail to have a privileged and private conversation with your attorney and give him the necessary info to FIND AND SAVE YOUR DAUGHTER!***
Grrrrrrrr! I usually make a conscious effort not to get too emotionally fired up with these cases we follow, but this utter
CRAP the defense and Padilla are spewing just literally makes me want to break something (and if I weren't too lazy to clean it up afterwards, I would!).
The end game for Baez is keeping Casey out of further legal trouble -- I fully understand that. But, dude, do
NOT come at us with such a ludicrous, ridiculous claim, trying to present Casey as a loving mother who wants to speak up and
SAVE her child, but
ONLY if she could get out of jail and away from the LE she doesn't trust -- when the entire time, she could have told
YOU privately and
YOU and your "investigators" could have either acted on the info yourself or passed it on to others who could get the job done.
You are not taking into account that the
REAL and
TRUE loving mothers (and dads, and people without children -- basically anyone with a scintilla of brain function)
know better than that. If we were afraid or mistrustful of LE, we would've told our attorney privately instead...but we would have told
SOMEONE! We would have
BEGGED,
sold our SOULS without concern for our own fate -- "
Please, here is all the info I have...
GO SAVE MY CHILD!"
You're not pulling the wool over
anyone's eyes with that BS that was concocted to explain why a mother would not
HELP FIND HER OWN PRECIOUS CHILD! And the reason you couldn't come up with anything better than
"fear of LE" is because
THERE IS NO REASONABLE EXPLANATION for a parent who has info that could
SAVE THEIR CHILD *NOT* TO SHARE IT! You can't get around that, no matter what you come up with. WTF kind of idiots do you think we are?
It's time to
put up or shut up, Casey and Baez. Miss Anthony is out now and can talk freely with people she "trusts" -- you have your own investigators, the bond and bounty hunter people, the entirety of Florida LE and even the damn
FBI at your disposal to rescue your daughter, Casey. So....
WHERE THE HELL IS CAYLEE? Yeah, I thought so.
Still missing, and will remain that way
unless and until LE finds her.
Wouldn't sharing the info to
find and save Caylee be
the very first thing Casey would want to do now that she can "trust" the people she is with and tell them about this horrific kidnapping?
"
Yeah, my daughter is still with dangerous kidnappers, and they know I'm out and can tell on them, so she's in even more danger than ever. No biggie. I'm gonna take a shower, eat a bite, visit with my family, relax for a while. I'm not really in the mood to talk about Caylee yet. Maybe some other time."
DISGUSTING.
Now, if the
family really is more concerned with
finding Caylee than saving Casey's hide, I imagine they
could eventually get it out of her. Dang, just plaster the bathroom walls with pictures of Caylee and lock Casey in there with Cindy (security girl can camp out in the bathtub), so that wherever Casey turns, Cindy is inches from her face, constantly repeating over and over,
"Casey, what happened -- where is Caylee?" Let's see how long she could hold out against the force that is
Cindy Anthony. Yeah, if
anybody can get it from her, my money's on Cindy.
Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of faith that the family's number one priority
is finding Caylee, especially if they already know (or have info we don't from which they can conclude) that she is not going to be found alive and that discovery of her body will only hurt Casey's defense.
But you never know...let's pray that God guides Cindy and gives her the strength to stand up for her
beloved, precious, helpless, TOTALLY INNOCENT little granddaughter and that she does her best to get the truth out of her spawn, even if it means further legal trouble for her.
Cindy,
Caylee needs YOU, the person she loved and depended on more than anyone else in the whole world, to be
100% on her side, even if she's no longer with us. Please, please do the right thing for Caylee...she deserves no less than your total and undivided loyalty.
*******
Sorry, just had to get it out! Whew!
