I wonder if Goins (or her lawyer) would be dumb enough to make an allegation without being certain they can prove Cosby was there on the alleged date. Personally, I can see how easy it would be to confuse an event titled "Hot Summer Nights" with "Midsummer Night".

So if Cosby has proof that he was in NY on the date CG said he assaulted her at the Playboy mansion, why would he need to ask Hef's security team for surveillance video from that date as ammo against her?

I'm curious about how long security tapes would remain in the Playboy Mansion's archives.
So often investigations are hindered because after a certain number of hours (let alone days, weeks, months or years) a security system will automatically erase previous recorded images and replace them with new information.

I'm sure Playboy surveillance tapes of activities like are archived..just because they can be used down the road..When you have celebrities attending and whole lot of beautiful women..YEP..Hef's mansion wouldn't throw or tape over anything that could down the road pad their incomes...Just a thought..because you just can't compare Playboy Mansion with a grocery store etc..At least in my opinion :thinking:

After using an analogy in a recent Time Out New York interview that compared Bill Cosby to the Holocaust, the star took to Instagram to express her regret.

I agree that there is probably archived video of Playboy (PB) mansion activities. But I wonder since BC is supposedly HH's best friend would he enter through the front door of PB mansion and sign into the guest book like other celebrities? Or would he know about PB videotaping and avoid cameras? But since 2005 allegations my guess is that if BC did go to PB mansion he would be more low key, and since HH is his best friend I wonder if HH made some accommodations re: public guest book and/or videotaping to allow for some privacy. Best friend or not, I hope HH fully cooperates with any LE investigation. Jmo

Great point. Additionally, Ms. Goins was pretty specific in her allegations and there allegedly were other witnesses including HH. Ms. Goins didn't make some vague allegation and included others, so there are various ways to corroborate whether BC and Ms. Goins were present in the PB mansion at the same time and alone at event in Summer 2008.

The friend has asked not to be identified for this article. She said it was her who had invited Goins to the party in LA as her plus one.

The friend, who is a few years older than Goins and was also an aspiring model, recalled: 'I had been to the mansion before and I invited Chloe this time. Through my friends we were talking with Hef and that's when Bill Cosby came over.

'He got us drinks and we were talking away and that's when Chloe started to feel unwell.'

The friend says Hefner said he had a room which Goins could use to have a lie down. When she agreed to go to the room Cosby piped up and offered to show her where it was.

The friend said: 'Even though I've been there a few times I don't know the mansion very well, but Bill Cosby seemed like he did.

'He was being nice, he was very old, I thought he was taking care of her and Hef was good with it so I thought, 'wow, that's nice, he's a big celebrity and he's taking care of my friend'.

The friend says 45 minutes to an hour passed but she never thought for a second Goins was in danger.

'When she came back I knew there was something wrong, that's when I got her out of there and she told me what he did to her.

'I can't say what happened in that room, I wasn't there, but Chloe is a good friend.'

She added: 'I feel bad about the whole thing, I'm the one who took her there. I feel bad because I didn't take care of her that night.'
