This was put in another thread but think it should probably go here also because this is about how much he stated his equipment was worth in the bankrutpcy - $500.00 when here is just a smidgen of the BIKING equipment only.....I didn't add any of his other toys here:

In the bankruptcy papers it states his bike, camping gear and all that gear is worth a mere $500.00. Well if we look at this below....it sure does show that he's really exaggerating.
Canyon Bicycles is in business - and I'm sure the owner cannot afford to give away everything. Now Canyon has it's own racing team - I think it was called petros and Raven is not a part of this Racing team, but even people on Racing Teams need to foot their own costs of their equipment.
Raven's bike, if he is still using the GT Ruckus I estimated new is between $1,300 - $3,000.00
Just the racing shoes themselves...take a look at these prices:
Northwave Revolution Road Shoe $189.99 Closeout: $105.99 that's one of the cheapest I have found - most go from $105.00 - $250.00 bucks.
Bicycle Racing Helmets range in prices but on sale or closeouts for a good helment you can get them between $100 - $250.00
Gloves between $29.00 - $54.00 On Sale
Racing shorts go from $50.00 - $200.00
Racing Shirt - $59.00 - $79.00 (On Sale)
Jackets - $79.00 - $150.00 (On Sale)
Eyewear - $79.00 (cheap stuff - not like Rave wears) - $199.00
