I imagine it took quite a while for one man to go through 27 disks of security footage... I mean, it's not like there are 7 of him...
JMO MOO etc

LE went through those 27 disks long before he did and knew it proved Dina wasn't involved.

The table wasn't inside the house and wasn't part of her death. It was Adam who moved it over there after he saw her hanging. The jury isn't being asked to decide whether he moved it or not.

BBM

Yea, the table wasn't inside the house, we are all aware of that. However, perhaps AS used the leg to beat Rebecca in the head? We do know the table was for sure was part of the dirty cover-up.

The jury is being asked if AS’s negligence caused her death. The crime scenes are valid points for discussion-the bedroom, the courtyard. We don’t know exactly what happened. Maybe the table is relevant to the cause of her death somehow.

that alone would be enough for me to say it was adam that killed her

The jury has to abide by the rules and only consider evidence that was presented during the trial. None of the 29 witnesses or exhibits were about the table. JMO

ETA: Adam's problem is that Mr. Greer demonstrated today that Adam was lying when he told the 911 operator that he had to climb on the table to cut her down. He pretended to move the table over and climb upon it to cut her down when she was actually hanging close enough to the ground that the table wasn't necessary. She was probably already lying on the grass when he called 911.

Where in the AR, Dr. Davis testimony or Dr. Wecht testimony is the table discussed as related to CAUSE of death? I must have missed it.

Agree with your sentiments. BBM. I believe mom was escorted from the courtroom early on, at the request of Mr. Greer. Apparently she doesn't know all the horrific details, and she continues to be shielded from them.

BBM: God bless her and all of the Zahau family. I seem to remember reading that Rebecca's father's death was partially attributed to the stress of Rebecca's death. So very unnecessarily, even increasingly, sad. :(

I'll point out the obvious. After the demo with the mannequin showing how close RZ would've been to the ground based on the rope length, I'm sure the jury will view the table as exactly what it was - just a prop.

coulda been that time adam pretended he needed something to stand on to cut rz down. coulda been that time that table that broke when he drug it over to her. Coulda been that time he stood on a 3 legged table and cut down a body that he didn't actually need to do. coulda been the kinda screwy nonsensical story that makes everyone question everything. just sayin. but then you knew that, didn't you?

A prop to what? The lawsuit is about death not after death.

The table is key to this case. And Greer proved it today with the mannequin demonstration. It looked pretty clear that Rebecca was hanging very low to the ground and a table wasn't needed. In fact pulling that table over was a time wasting thing, on top of it being so much more complicated to cut her down, when all he needed to do was walk up to her and cut her down.

RZ was hanging very low to the ground, I believe it was testified that she was 20 inches from the ground. Seeing that distance displayed in the courtroom today was huge, because for someone wanting to jump off a balcony, that is cutting it really close to actually make contact with the ground and instead of a "suicide" it would be some broken legs. Also, in my opinion, the reason why the bed wasn't moved the distance it should have been moved with a hanging death, is because if the bed was moved any more, she would've made contact with the ground. In my opinion, AS moved that bed himself knowing it should move in a hanging death, but he couldn't move it as far as he wanted to because she would be too close to the ground....he had no wiggle room.

This is all my opinion, but its the reason why I think the demonstration was huge today and why I think the table is one of the most important pieces of evidence in this case.

You also must have missed me saying the word “maybe” in my statement.

But since you want to go there, I wouldn’t reference those reports. Please show me where in the AR it mentions her IUD being present? Because every detail was accounted for in the AR, right? Perfectly sound report.

Huh? I just asked where Dr. Lucas's AR, Dr. Davis or Dr. Wecht testimony discussed the table as related to CAUSE of death.

One look at him and he did it.

I have no agenda how he did it, but he did it. I see his body language and his face

certain things cannot lie, and he does not have a Poker Face

His Brother should have hooked him up with Botox...IMHO

I'm not all that excited about the table. It's just one more example of AS lying about his involvement in Rebecca's death. There are many examples that are more powerful, imo.

The reports and testimony are evidence. The jury will be deliberating evidence. An IUD had no role in determining manner or cause of death and neither did the table. JMO

Update from Rebecca's page...

Quick update on today. Closing argument will continue tomorrow. Mr Greer presented his closing arguments but the defense is not done yet. It is long and drawn out as usual. Mr Greer gets to rebuttal tomorrow after the defense is done. It is expected to be done in the morning so jury goes to deliberation after that. We are drawing strength from all of your prayers and support.
