Too many to keep a close eye on but, I would think such a high profile case and the whole country watching they would be really checking things out and letting us know they are watching her.

The whole thing is sad.

Yes. I believe we unfortunately need to look at it from the perspective of a/the PO. OCA's one of so many and is, after all, 'only' a convicted liar ... it's not as though she's been convicted of murdering a child. :innocent:

Yea that's what I figured about this who lying about her computer being hacked, thus getting her in trouble. Probation in and of itself is a joke. I've said from the very beginning she needs to really screw up (where it's obvious) for her to get reprimanded to the point of jail time. I don't think anything here qualifies.

I wouldn't be relying on the PO for that to happen.

I agree. She was just trying to imitate her jailhouse friend though. She has no real personality, just an evil sponge.
 
I just saw this this AM, my bad. My thoughts.

Therapy? Was she encouraged to speak her thoughts in a video diary, and she elected to put it online? Maybe it was found out and that is why there is only one?

She mentioned getting out in Feb. or Mar. Maybe this was a test? Does the disguise work? How is public sentiment running, is the public ready to ignore her yet? Is the hatred still as intense?

Is CA rushing the treatment (doesn't sound like it in the vid) or is she in denial of the public sentiment and this was a way to alert/prepare her without endangering her?

She mentioned getting out. She isn't being held by the state, so who is holding her? Sounds like a rehab/mental health facility type of thing with the goal being her release in Feb.

She mentions Skype, who would she be Skyping with?

I do detect some pride in buying things on her own. Could be real or could be designed to make therapists believe in her. But I suspect she is working, earning. Possibly a controlled environment job, but she is doing something. Because of her previous lies about employment, having her actually work could be part of a treatment goal. And her recognizing the rewards part of the treatment and a sign the treatment is working or her willingness to meet the goal in order to get through the treatment.

That's part of what I keep thinking. Is buying a computer part of the "grieving" process? Just don't know, maybe it's me, but, as she says in the video - this is going to be "tedious" - guess THAT'S what she views her supposed "therapy" as...IMO, it's something she feels she MUST do, she's required to do this, not something she NEEDS to do....she STILL feels she doesn't have any problems with her thinking...other than the fact that SHE didn't buy her own phone, and someone gave her a camera as a gift.
It annoys me to no end that if THIS is what is considered part of her "therapy", then, IMO, people are STILL not calling her out on the rug...people are STILL letting her be in "Caseyworld"...the DT is just lying that she's getting any REAL psychological help....AND, she'll NEVER change, because that's what she was, is and always will be.

But, mostly, IMO, even though it doesn't mean a hill of beans now, but, I keep hoping with every picture, snippet of video, "hacked" (ha!!) therapeutic video, etc, the jurors are FINALLY seeing and understanding what the prosecution was piecing together....what THEY should have, had they even bothered to put pieces of the puzzle together and even bothered REALLY deliberating about and questioned. They KNEW this case had no "smoking gun"...many cases that are brought to trial are just that...."circumstantial"...but, other juries take the time to THINK about those pieces.

The partying...the self centered behavior...the feeling of almost "relief" in the new video....like the "relief" the prosecution was trying to get hammered into their heads - like perhaps with the parade of "friends" they brought to the stand to PROVE that she was "relieved" that her "burden", Caylee, was gone....that she was a certified liar who'd say ANYTHING to avoid taking responsibility for her actions.
Her new nose ring...flaunting it like her Bella Vida tattoo. THOSE show "who" she is...."how" she is, and WHY it was so easy to do what she did to her daughter.

I hope they're "seeing" that they didn't bother to question her actions after Caylee's death and all the other pieces of the puzzle. That everything has to do with material things that are bought or given.

Sorry, but for ME, this is what all these things coming out mean....THESE things are what I'm praying will maybe get that light bulb to go off in the jurys head and have them think, "ohhhh, NOW I get it....guess this is why everyone is so PO'd at us....we didn't bother to take ANY of these type of things into account as reasons for her actions and that's just how simple it was to get Caylee out of her life". These SAME actions are WHAT she is.

(O/T....one juror said they didn't believe Caylee was EVER in the trunk...how did she get to that swamp??? They didn't even bother to think about that.)

Again, all this means NOTHING as far as the verdict goes, and is just sensationalism for the public, but for ME, it speaks volumes, and I hope it speaks volumes to the jury.
Maybe, if any one of them is called upon to sit on another "circumstantial" trial, they'll take the time to question and to take ALL the evidence into account...AND all the witness statements into account....and perhaps realize that often they CAN'T have that "smoking gun" or "smoking witness" they see on Law and Order, or whatever TV show they watch.

I just hope this is showing the same thing to them that it's showing to ALL of us here....as Brad Conway snuck in at the last minute of JVM the other evening...she's STILL a spoiled, whiney b*tch!!! (not verbatum)

So they only examined the video? The weird thing is, I can see Mason filing a complaint on this. He's always thought of her like a granddaughter. I can totally see him going into protective mode and filing a complaint. I would think he really does believe her computer is hacked - this is NOT a man that knows diddly squat about computers either. He would believe someone else stole the videos from Casey's computer. She has him totally snowed, IMO. I can't imagine what this is doing to his marriage since we all know his wife does NOT approve of Casey at all.

Well Casey, you don't have us snowed. And go ahead, keep releasing more videos. We're not going to watch them, I know I won't be watching them. I like coming here with my friends and chatting, but I'm not going to lower myself just to get a view of you. You aren't worth my time and effort. I'm tired of YOU taking over my life because of the evil you did. Not anymore. I hope you do get out early and just disappear. Why be excited about that? Like anyone is going to continue to coddle you once you are off probation? Unless Mason is going hand you over to Greene? You are lost and alone if you get off probation. You ought to be scared about that, not excited. Then again, you never could see any further than your own nose, and with that piercing in it, I'm guessing your vision is a whole worse these days. It makes me smile to know that you're still the same self serving idiot you always have been and you always will be. That tells me you're not getting far in life after probation. You'll probably wind up back at home with your mom, the one place you never wanted to go back to. That makes me smile even more. The two of you deserve each other.
 
You know, I bet HHJP must be so mad. He is the one that started the whole protecting Casey because she was in danger thing. I think it he did it earnestly, really thinking she might actually be in danger, and now these videos come out, one made three months after the verdict. He must feel like a fool for ever believing she was in danger and scared. I bet he makes sure she does her entire probation now. Wouldn't he have to be the one to okay her getting off probation early?

I wonder what that means, "state officials examined the video". That's vague. What type of state official?

Something else that I noticed, watching KC's video again: what person KC's age needs time to find their way around a new computer? Especially someone who has been sitting around for six months, probably on a computer. She's trying to portray a certain image with these videos.

Thanks for that! I must ask, though. Am I the only person who just wants to slap the fire out of CM listening to him say that whoever hacked KC's computer should be dealing with state and federal LE, when his client, to this day, has still never reported what happened to her two year old daughter? :furious:
