Or would anyone care to give a brief summary of what happened today? My blood is already boiling, and I have a feeling it's just going to get worse.

I looked at the software dates and the newest versions are fairly recent. The following is interesting as the article denotes a problem with the EnCase Software in 2007 if I am reading this right. ( Sorry brain fatigue!).

28 May, 2008, according to the Defense Motion to Dismiss due to Prosecutorial Misconduct - same day the gun was "stolen" from Arias' grandparents.

ETA: According to Neumeister today, there were 161,000 *advertiser censored* hits. Will be interesting to see how they think that's possible, in 8 days.

Damn what a hullaballoo of a day I seem to have missed (long great day for me though). I can't decipher if it just came out a draw for this hearing between the two sides? Just what it seems from my wimpy attempt at catchup. More delay though...unsurprising. Is this whole thing the fart in mud puddle we've been thinking it is? The ability to analyze computers has nothing to do with ones taste in people.

Actually my point was that he's supposed to be an expert in computers. And objective. His shaking hands shows his bias.

I'm admittedly behind the curve here but this accusation that Juan was seeking to find any *advertiser censored* on TA's computer just doesn't make basic sense to me considering the timing right? I mean I could see him wanting to see if porny type pics existed between JA and TA but at that time wasn't she still saying she wasn't even there or maybe was there and Ninjas did the killing? She hadn't even gone in to any abuse/pedophilia/domestic violence/victim trashing yet so why would Juan be even concerned about "possible *advertiser censored*?".

IIRC, his interest in all things audio-video began at an early age when he sat at the knee of his father who was employed in some a-v capacity by the TV/movie industry.

imo, he was a coddled child who did not get any lessons in respect for authority...the Court, for example.

According to his site the only qualifications I can find is his college he went to. That said the ACFE, (fraud association), AES (audio), ABRE (no clue), APA (Americian Psychological Association), NATA ( Air Transportation Association, BMI ( Broadcast Music). This are professional associations that probably anyone can join for paying dues. I am not sure how many actually do background checks. Also, not to impressed on the Emmy. Heck, any radio producer can win one.

so between may 29 and june 8 TA had 160,000 hits on his computer for *advertiser censored*? Is that right?

He does say "data recovery," but is that all he was claiming to have done in this case? Most of his website is about audio and video enhancement/forensics.

I have never seen a trial where the witness is allowed to call the prosecutor by their first name, tell the prosecutor his questions are irrelevant and call actions by the prosecutor slimey.
I've also never seen a witness leave the stand, approach the convict and shake hands. JA is a convicted killer! Why would the deputies allow this? (I'm not even going to ask anymore why JSS allows what she does.....)

JSS should have been objecting herself to this witness. Do we think that's what Juan went back to chambers for? To call her out on allowing this bS to go on unchecked? Has she lost her damn mind?
