AZL - are they listing them as Witness #1 and Witness #2, so the jury doesn't wonder why these shrinks didn't come to court to testify? Or, is this just more secret stuff? I have no clue why they can't just use their damn names. All of this secret stuff is irritating and doesn't sound normal, at all.

I know that. I was asking WHY they aren't just saying the psychologists name in mitigation? It's not like they didn't testify in the trial. They shouldn't be a secret, should they be? That's why I was asking AZL, wanted to hear it from an attorney if this is normal in the penalty phase, not to name doctors and other people. Yet, they used Deanna's name. Why not the psychologists names? Weird.

It is completely abnormal and silly IMO.

But it does crack me up that the 2nd secret witness, is a dishwasher who worked for Jodi's Dad, when she was a teenager. And he 'mitigates' by saying she was 'friendly and artistic' , 15 yrs ago. This is their big character witness? A dishwasher from 15 yrs ago? Oh, and her dad once threw her brother around, or something like that, and he corroborates the sword incident. In which it us entirely unclear what happened or why.

The sword must be Jodi's sword that he was returning, since he wanted nothing more to do with her and she'd left it at his place (or some such sequence of events).

Wrangler jeans are still being worn by people in AZ. One time on a trip to Las Vegas for business, the rooms were filled to the max with the Rodeo Cowboys/crowd. I stayed at the most liveliest place by accident and everyone of those cute cowboys had on Wranglers and I preferred Levi's back then. Well...those rivets, ha ha.

Jaun was doing just incredibly great today. I felt the excitement reading a couple hours later. It's hard to have patience, and this family & jury sure held out. Better than many others following. That's strength & will.

Yet according to her testimony on the witness stand DR went on her mission from June 2000 to Nov. 2001 and never went home during that whole time, no visits by anyone and in fact the only contact she had was through written letters. Also, TA wrote to her around the summer of 2001 saying he wanted to date others so they broke up. It wasn't until some time after she was back in CA and after they had been back in contact for awhile that they started dating again in 2002 after LB(the one he'd bought the engagement ring for) broke up with TA and moved away. Obviously whoever made up MM's story didn't even bother watching DR's testimony first. You'd think the DT(at least their mitigation "specialist") would have done the ten minutes research necessary...

Which, by the way, always sruck me as a crazy assumption on their part. Jodi asks to switch red car for a white one "to avoid attention from the police," says she just needs the car for errands around town but then brings it back, late, with 3000 miles on the odometer AND the floormats are missing.

Who knows why she does anything, but why lie about the actual length of her "pretend" trip: Redding - SoCal - Utah - Redding?

I'm just surprised the rental car people didn't look at her behavior a little more closely.

I'm being practical. She probably had a pee container in the car or learned from the astronaut how the pros do it.

Marc and Travis met in the LDS singles ward in Riverside, Ca. In 2000, McGee told my source that he was at a Family Home Evening activity at Bishop Vernon Parker's house. Later in the evening, McGee and Travis were sitting in a car in front of Bishop Parker's house when Travis allegedly confessed to McGee that he had a problem with internet pornography. McGee did not mention child pornography at that time.

Since 2000, Marc McGee and my source have spoken a few more times about that conversation and each time Marc's story was just about internet porn. It wasn't until this year, for the first time, that McGee claims Travis told him he was looking at "kiddie porn" on the internet.

So it sounds like the entire story of pr0n, folders on the Bishop's computer and ANYone viewing pr0n inside of a folder on the Bishop's computer (Travis OR Marc McGee -- oops! sorry... Witness #1) is just another completely fabricated story.

I wonder if Juan knew this all along, and still put forth the theory in open court that it was MM that actually viewed an image of child pr0n and not Travis. You know... for the jury's benefit to discredit the "secret witness's" affidavit testimony AND the mouthpiece used to deliver the message.

Was there a reason this unnamed source didn't volunteer this information? Or had he and I'm just finding out about it for the first time now?

I don't remember any reports of forensics finding hers or Travis' blood on her phone so I guess she washed her hands off with Costco trunk water before she started using her phone again? That's if she had blood on her hands at all, as I believe she claimed.

She must have had blood on her hands at some point due to her finger slice. Nope, they didn't find any blood on her phone, don't know if they actually did forensics on it, because she wasn't arrested for some time afterwards. I'm sure she used the water for cleaning up at some point. Good thoughts. Welcome to the forum. :welcome4:

Now I read somewhere that Jodi told a cook at Denny's about Bobby and HE went to confront Bobby who then wielded the sword at him from his front porch?? Which is it? Guess what! I was just watching a rerun of 48 hours on ID. The case is Bryan Stewart/Rick Valentini who murdered his girlfriend Jamie Laidee. Juan's the prosecutor and they interviewed him!!! They even showed Juan questioning the victim's mother and he is not aggressive at all, he's very gentle!
Got convicted of 2nd degree murder without a body and guilty of fraud for using her credit cards.

She did. She left a bloody palm print on the hallway wall. There was also bloodstains left in the rental car, but they cleaned them thinking it was Koolaid.

Right. What I should have said was if she had any blood on her hands after she left Travis' house. But she probably showered after killing him, so she probably didn't even have blood on her hands at all when she left the house (except for a bloody left ring finger). Maybe the Costco trunk water was just to clean her cut finger before she got to the Hoover Dam checkpoint. Anyway...
