I do not understand the need for the sidebar and white noise. Let them fight it out in front of the media as other lawyers do across the United States. Why does Nurmi get to do ANY of this is private? And why didn't the appeals court decide this yesterday to stop this BS? And why doesn't JSS tell Nurmi to get on with it NOW? These are things I wonder about.

So this witness needed a minimum of a week to testify in secret in the sentencing trial? Um . . . . looking to be more and more like JA.

In the interest of the good people of AZ, can't there be some more pressure from the media about the secret sidebars, Nurmi's statements to the COA - re: more delay = mistrial and then his actions today, etc?


The death may have happened in 2008 but people's lives can't wait to move on.

I would love to see Nurmi get some kind of sanctions. This is crazy. He lost, he was told to move forward - He has no choice. Now yet another week delay. I think he is doing it on purpose. :twocents:
