They've dealt with that by unfairly pinning all the blame on Juan. It's all his fault they need more time. Jodi sure was playing her games while reppin'. I don't know why the lawyers have to continue them, though.

As long as JSS allows him to pull this crap, he will continue. He's working the system, and she's allowing it...if the appeals excuse for JSS is valid, then why don't other trials with other judges go this way? They don't, and the guilty still manage to lose most appeals.

eta: I don't actually blame JSS as much as I blame TPTB that assigned this case to her with her lack of experience.

Rabid dog is the least of the phrases that can be used to describe the frenzied madness that IS Jodi Arias.

Strange how some of these tweeters use these phrases to describe Juan and his courtroom style while all the while the murderer from hell is being treated with kid gloves.

I mean, hey. It's not like Juan should be beyond reproach. Plenty of other tweeters calling Jodi out. That's why I like Jen. She seems, in her trial tweets, at least, pretty unslanted. She just reports. Sometimes humor is appreciated, sometimes, not.

In all likelihood the Judge will be the one to sentence Arias. The defense can try and hide things from the jury but the Judge knows everything. Hopefully these dirty, dirty allegations will compel her to sentence Arias to 'Natural life'. I'll be pleasantly surprised if the Judge gives this vile criminal a piece of her mind while handing down the sentence.

Jury selection for the Jodi Arias penalty phase retrial is expected to wrap up Thursday. The new jury will be seated Tuesday.

Because the judge ruled that there will be no live streaming video like there was for Arias' first trial and no broadcast video until after the verdict, Watkiss and Wood will be live tweeting from the courtroom as the retrial progresses. Use the hashtag #3TVArias to keep up with them.

The interviews are further evidence that she has no remorse whatsoever. Please don't tell me that the jury won't get to see that! :shame: Giving an interview minutes after the verdict? Who the *you-know-what* does that? :maddening:
