Prolly. But now that I'm thinking again I think Hope was right. He was stating that Juan had asked the testimony be stricken but what he says after that is confusing me. Is he trying to get that to happen by saying Juan doesn't have a right to cross examine her or is he saying the testimony shouldn't be stricken because Juan doesn't have a right to cross examine her?

They'll probably have a more in depth argument on this in the future.

I did that a long time ago, Nali87. Some signatures were long and flashing and bothered my tired old eyes. It does load much faster too!

LOL I broke the tie. I don't think the defense ever wants trial to end so I think they will put her back on the stand. 2 days of secret testimony and they hadn't even started "officially" dating yet, so it seems they did plan for her to spend a week with direct and who knows how long under cross.

In case the DT is reading here to see how folks responded to her testimony, let me be really clear in saying that I ENCOURAGE her to go back on the stand. She did great!! And I especially urge that she speak directly to the issue that Travis was a pedophile!

Back to the transcripts before trial start - I find it fascinating how JA can sit there and calmly speak of the things she speaks off. You know, without showing the "right" emotions. I would be a trembling crying mess. I bet she said she felt bad for the Alexanders with the same expression on her face as when she said "Oh I went to Costa Rica for three weeks." It's incredible.

Morning all! I had to skip a bunch of the last thread to get here. DH printed out the transcripts for me. I used my yellow marker and made comments. Haven't gotten to part 2 yet. I simply can't tolerate reading long documents on the screen.

I'm looking forward to Pseudo John's testimony today. What did he manage to dig up? What didn't he manage to dig up.

Most of all, I'm waiting for the Judge's overly-delayed decision.

I voted no because that is my hope, I do not want to listen/read her drivel days on end spewing lies <sigh>. But I believe she will take the stand to continue to delay this trial and cause more confusion and ruckus, it may be her last grandstand.

I'm sure at least some jurors were looking at the Alexanders during her first hours on the stand. Its so long ago now, but remember that her first testimony came within a few hours at most of the VIS's that had every juror either weeping or distraught.

From Tanisha's shrieks of pain to her, gosh it was only a few minutes of my whole life, and yah, I wish I could do it over again?

I wouldn't be surprised if a few jurors decided on the DP right about then.
