Per BK's site - 2/18/07 Jodi wrote they were not dating and she wasn't married (the "Official" start date 2/2/07 - 6/29/07)

Hell yes, he did. Unless you say "I want this to be exclusive and official" then there has been no commitment made. Especially if the person you're dating, KNOWS you're casually dating other people as well, like JA damn well knew.
