I think with all these accusations & 'mitigating factors' (ha ha) that JM may really want to consider a visual aid during any closing or final words that pick apart this cast of characters and how he has discredited them all. If any of these jurors are visual learners, they will need this to pull all this nonsense together.

Speaking as a visual learner, I wish JM would show the jury much more visually, i.e. the big screen, but JM's get in-get out style apparently won't allow that. Visual examples that struck gold were JM's destroying JA's pedo lie via her journal and phone records, her returned the gas can lie via Walmart receipts, and most of all the autopsy photos. But maybe JM's 300+ trial wins have convinced him less is more re visuals.

There was lots of whining about Pickles and Kermit. (That would be JSS and Juan in case you didn't know that.) They want Juan thrown in jail for saying W1's name and JSS thrown off the bench because she's conspiring with Juan to railroad their hero.

Wow. Since this witness is "nameless" to the court, can JM bring this stuff in to ask Dr G if he was aware of what this person was saying all over the internet before he took his statements as being true when forming his opinions? Can't believe JM doesn't get to annihilate this guy in person.
