No, Thursday was scheduled as a dark day earlier this week.

Well, the Super Bowl did in the hotel rooms and flights. Wonder what the Court will do with Parker and his attorney? Will they stay in Phoenix or be sent home and returned for Monday, opposite the Super Bowl stream of people?

I hope Beth has a place to stay!

Also, the Alexanders, Deanna and company...they all probably had plans set to go home tonight and return Monday.

The judge should have made Nurmi conduct his cross? WTH?? The DT always gets a break when things are going not well for them. What a bunch of _______s.

I'm actually glad she did it this time. Because by Monday the jurors would have made up their minds that this whole Witness 1 thing was total BS making Nurmi's work much harder.

Plus it could send a message to the jury that Nurmi and co just don't know how to react to the Bishop's testimony.

For once, I'm glad she cut court short.

I wasn't expecting more than an hour anyways...

Thank god the Mormon church sent an attorney with this poor Bishop. Marc McGee does HAVE big things to be concerned about if he is still a member of the church. This church is IN EVERY COUNTRY. This lunatic tried to drag upstanding members of the church, along with the church itself, through the mud. Lobbing accusations of some pretty serious criminal activity at these people. The church had to spend money to defend a bishop. Wow, I never thought of THIS. Someone please tell me he is still a member?

I'm pretty certain if it hasn't already happened, that MM will be excommunicated soon.

Not only was there no child *advertiser censored* on that computer (and the shop would have made the Bishop abundantly aware of it had any been found, as well as local LE) there was also no Travis Alexander file on it as he never even used it. Maybe at the least this will keep Witness #1 off US soil for fear of a perjury charge.

If she stops MDLR from Tweeting from the courtroom for JA, then she'll probably stop the reporters and Ziggy, too. All we can do is ignore it. It's not easy, but it's the only solution. I don't want to ignore the WS people who post those Tweets, so I just scroll on by.

I think we should continue viewing the tweets that we dislike. I think we can learn a lot from them anyway. I like to know that the other side is thinking and planning and how they are trying to spin publicly. We are better off if we are informed fully, imo.
