They said that last time too & the foreman believed him & told the jury can't take families emotions in their verdict! That is wrong!! It's evidence in the trial just like everything. Well, they lied thought this whole thing, so can't expect them to stop lying now!!!

I wish he were not allowed to say this. Returning a death penalty verdict is not them killing her. JA set this in motion herself when she committed especially cruel premeditated murder in the first degree in a capital state. The jury will only be deciding how the law is applied in her case. She has not given them any reason to show her extra mercy.
