I have always gotten the impression that CH was more of a father figure to TA than a best friend. It seemed to me that TA went to CH for advise and help.

If my child were dating someone that I thought was a potential danger to her I would do anything in my power to intervene. CH and SH had seen the evil side of JA and didn't want her around their own children. I realize TA was old enough to make his own decisions but I think CH was afraid for TA to the point he felt he needed to do an intervention. CH was right and may feel bad that he didn't do more to open TA's eyes to evilness that TA may not have realized existed.

TA's life was filled with abuse but it was transparent abuse. JA's kind of evil was more subtle and TA wasn't sophisticated enough to catch the cues early enough to save his life. JMO

It's so nice to know that there are people who don't take this trial, and its disgusting witnesses, seriously.

This make all backfire on KN. This expert is contradicting herself. ALL DAY long she made it clear that Travis would only see JA when no one else around. Now she will be giving her opinion on a video of Travis, the murderer and Travis' friends Dan and Desiree Freeman. I remember her saying something about Travis' behavior was so “over the top,” it “shocked” her. Something a 12 yr old would say, BECAUSE she was 12!
SO which is it Nurmi?



ETA Desiree's testimony ...starts around 7:35. But Lisa is on the stand first. She is quite lovely. Look at Jodi! She is giving Lisa the STINK EYE> starring her down LOL

Juan still needs to point out that someone who is truly abused, who has moved out of state, does not drive those 1000s of miles to see said person who abused them. Only reason she went to AZ was to murder him which she PLANNED. I mean come on, if someone like me can figure THAT out, this jury should be able to. IMO

I think he laid his foundation for that by describing her journey with the multiple gas cans and the preplanned map, etc etc.

Watched that video last night. Even though Desiree was a few yrs. older by the time trial rolled
around she still seemed very naive.
