Geez, MF is like a freaking parrot that is lost in a fog--every time KN objects and says "mischaracterizes her testimony" and JSS overules MF invariably looks at Juan and says "Mr. Marrrrtinez you are mischaracterizing what I said". Or when Juan ends his question with "yes or no" she turns to JSS and whines "Judge I can't answer yes or no" to that question. Or she can't remember or doesn't remember saying something.

Another infuriating, imposter posing as an expert in a court of law.

She's impossible, isn't she? There were a few moments when I wondered if she'd been pouring vodka in her water cup. It's easy to laugh at her now, since the jury didn't find her credible. I'm so glad now that I'm seeing this video after 11 voted for DP.

ROTFL Daisy, well at least that would explain things.

Yes, very glad they didn't believe her. I think if I had watched this live I might have thrown something at the TV. Her lastest antic is to tell turn to jury before answering each question and say "it's easy to/don't get distracted by the sex, I am here to tak about the dynamics of the relationship".

While watching this I envisioned being a spectator and jumping up after she said it for freaking 100th time in an hour and yell STFU and answer the question! Because getting thrown out would have been worth it.

JSS should be taken off the bench for letting a witness talk to JM the way this Fonseca freak is doing...just watching this and can't believe this.

Not only was she rude and obnoxious, she answered questions the judge asked Martinez!! That judge showed no control over the courtroom during the testimony of this witness AT ALL, absolutely disturbing.
 
Is there anyone else who is posting the videos? I really, really, really, wanted to hear the sidebars!

I'm disappointed, I thought the sidebars would *all* be audible through the mic at the bench. But evidently they're not all audible. They are part of the record, and Beth Karas has sent off for the transcripts and will post those on her site. They may not be available before sentencing, though.

ETA: Little update—I just watched her more recent video blog. She says that the court reporter tells her that it's going to take a while. It's hundreds and hundred of pages. About a third of the trial took place in sidebars. Beth Karas has also asked for transcripts of all in-chambers hearings.
 
Seems like there have not been any new videos posted by Lohr or Courtchatter--all have stalled at Day 15.

I am especially looking forward to BK to post the sidebars and in chambers meeetings, whether they are in written or video form.
