Baxter was last seen on 02-06-2017. He has not been home since then, nor has he reported to work. Family and friends have not have had any contact with Baxter since 02-06-2017. If you know where he is, or if you have seen him, please call the West Warwick Police at 821-4323 prompt zero for dispatch. He has been entered into NCIC as missing/ endangered.

"WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WJAR) — West Warwick police are asking for the public's help in finding a 31-year-old man who was reported missing.
Officials said Norman Baxter was last seen on Feb. 6. He hasn't been home or shown up at work since then.
Police said Baxter is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has green eyes, brown hair and pierced ears.
West Warwick police asked anyone who has seen the man to call them at 401-821-4323."

Looks like he has a child he adores. Into punk rock and Indie music, isn't a skinhead despite his style. Appears to be a fairly sensitive person who maybe struggles with sadness or depression. Works for Home Depot.

I hope he's just off trying to get his thoughts collected, but this undercurrent of unhappiness worries me.

The WWPD rereleased his missing person info. They weren't able to confirm any reported sightings from late Feb.
