i am very interested in this case, which is why i spend time here. For personal reasons, i seldom leave my house so have all the time in the world to spend here. However, if i was a practicing attorney, i think i would spend my time on my own cases that pay my bills.

Thank you very much magic-cat I've been reading here since this case first started but never before felt the need to post. I feel this forum is now being "used" and its upsetting to me. I'm sure its been used all along but this is very blatant and I can't believe so many members are so anxious to help without questioning why/what Hornsbys involvement/agenda/motivation is.

I believe the "mission" is to get all of the very intelligent forum members here to do the defenses work for them. My question is why.

I guess I look at this from a different perspective....the flip-side, so to speak. I find it very beneficial if we can find in advance anything that could potentially discredit a witness the prosecution may opt to call at trial. ie., if someone had sniffed out all those Mark Furman calls BEFORE the OJ trial, it would have been extremely valuable info for the prosecution to know in advance of putting him on the stand.

Most respectfully, if I read Mr. Hornsby's original post properly, he did offer the tapes up for transcription (notwithstanding any personal motives) and stated 'if you are willing to help.....'

If Tricia and the mods have no problem with him posting this here, then (respectfully, again) why is there any need for further commentary on the motives of RHornsby? Per TOS, I think we're supposed to avoid gettin' on a specific poster (attack the post, not the poster, and all that.)

Just my lil ol' two cents on the matter.

heh, I completely understand where you are coming from. I just see it as being very beneficial to the SA's case, as well.

We all want to know whether there is anything interesting in the tapes. Who cares if RH hopes for one result while certain WS'ers hope for a different result? The facts are the facts.

After listening to a few of Robyn's calls to her father, she sounds as self centered as Casey and uses her emotions to try to manipulate her father. While he doesn't completely give in to her, I didn't hear him tell her that it was her own actions that landed her in jail and away from her kids. I think she and Casey are a lot alike and "hence" have so much in common.

In a transcript released, an investigator asked Adams whether Anthony admitted using chloroform on her daughter. Lab tests turned up chloroform in the trunk of a car Anthony used.

Adams talked about Anthony using cold medications and antihistamines, but said the young mother was not specific about what she used to "knock her out."

But the summary of the interview written by Detective Yuri Melich reported something different.

Unfortunately, the media made an error - I know, shocking isn't it?

There were 3 different interview: On 1/27/10 Det. Melich and Corp. Edwards interviewed RA - but it was not a sworn statement. There is no transcript of this interview, just the summary of what she said in Det. Melich's supplemental report.

the interviews for which there is both a summary and a transcript are the ones conducted by Woehr and Broadway of FDLE on 2/12/10 and 3/4/10.

Does that clear things up a little?

I agree. All of this new info would have been analyzed/disected here, just as all info is. Hornsby orchestrating it just doesn't sit well with me for some reason.

I cannot get over the pure VOLUME of calls....especially Robyn Adams.

Aren't collect calls from jail very expensive??? I know the ones we receive at our law office are. Holy moly.

2 1/2 hrs into this and I am going to have to take a break. I am starting to tune out.

I can't speak for others, but I am not upset about listening to the tapes or what's on them...of course we want to know.

I wish to sleuth the ideas that LE "created" anything regarding this case and that Caylee's death was due to an accident AND what connection that information may(or may not?) have to do with the audio tapes.

I look at this like I would look at these statements were made outside of WS. The fact that these statements were made on WS does cause more confusion. I mean no more to "attack the poster" with my sleuthing than I am when I question a source outside of WS.

It is obvious many sleuthers feel fine about helping Mr. H. I mean no disrespect to them. My questioning is directed at the new information provided by Mr. H. I feel compelled to sleuth the ideas/information/opinion(?) put forth by Mr. H and not the audio tapes.
