I thought RB's FIL used to be a brain surgeon that later went into law. Did I get it right?

I thought her father in law was Gov of Fl at one point?

Many doctors are also lawyers. I am just bewildered. I haven't read this thread completely just dropped by to the recent page. Looks like he is a Broker for Defense Attorneys....gets them an expert that will testify the way they want.

Unbelievable!!! - this is disgusting! Why would the DT bring on an <unusual person> like her? Don't they have enough problems already?

I am so suspicious of them that I think there is a definite reason - something like an appeal issue based on bias b/c of her background. ???

She is laughing it up in court all day. She obviously does not care a single iota about murder victims.

Defense can not bring psych issues in w/o giving up the evidence they have. They also have to let the State examine ICA. Don't see that happening. Loos like they just want a Dr. for the Penalty Phase...since they haven'g given anything to the State.

Just when you think this case could not get anymore circus like, along comes Rosalie, she who is wife of a convicted serial killer on death row, who raped, tortured then murdered woman and who is suspected of many more killings, allegations which were substantiated against her for improper conduct resulted in a move of her husband to another prison, and now she has ties to good old Larry!!

I remember when her story was in the news, she left 4 daughters behind and a very nice life for ORB, it was in my area and BIG NEWS.

Looks like ICA back to her normal demeaner today...i.e., she's back on her meds. Bolin is there to watch over her and make sure she gets what she needs to stay focused. May I assume Bolin is her advocate? Maybe Personal Assitant would fit better. Every important celebrity has a Personal Assistant....LOL

Here we have Rosalie Bolin, another frauding, child dumping, <mod snip> to add to the circus, the defense team have created.

Is it just me, but why on earth would you hire someone that is quite clearly so mentally unstable, to represent you in saving you from being given a death sentence? Is that what this lady has been recruited by the defense to do? (please correct me if I am wrong)

I am speechless.

She is the best they could find that could relate to ICA. She has connections.
ICA may have insisted on a personal assistant...and she filled the bill.

1) wow... she makes me sick

2) remember all those status hearings when they asked for more funds for their private investigator? Guess what the business she owns (one of you linked it) well that is what it is described as. I am guessing she has been the private investigator.

3) in the first or second article linked in this thread she said in a direct quote that murderers do not need to be executed.. they need to be STUDIED

4)as pertains to 3^ well thank you Miss Bolin. I completely understand your motivation now for what you do and why you chose to ditch your four little girls who needed you to marry a man who took away life from countless women (they say he may be responsible for more)

I agree,murderers need to be studied and we can study their brains AFTER they have been executed.

You just can't make this stuff up.
This could never be a movie or even a mini series. This case and surrounding players,would be a TV drama that goes on season after season.

They're all tied together. The Anthonys were tight with Larry Garrison and Larry Garrison bought and owns the rights to RB's story.

Cindy didn't pay Garrison, so he kept the money from the media outlet. Cindy is REALLY mad @ him, IIRC.

BUT Bolin is connected with Silver Creek Productions and Silver Creek is owned/partnered or w/e through Garrison. I ams starting to confuse myself..need a beer..
