Here’s what I have knowledge of, Sam is a high functioning, 19-year-old autistic male. Sam has a cash app account, the family believes Sam has met someone online and is traveling from Florida through Atlanta to meet them. Sam has not been in contact with his family. It does not appear that Sam is a registered voter out of Florida.
