Sandy Davidson missing child UK

So I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but apologies if it is, I’m sure this is the missing person with the name sandy davidson went missing in 1976 in Scotland UK (aged 3) In 2011 a boy was found (believed to be between 20-40) it does line up, I’m not sure if I’m maybe not seeing them right but the 2 pictures look fairly similar to each other, let me know, thanks View attachment 534342View attachment 534343
