Thank you so much for bumping this post! I was thinking about it the other day, but couldn't remember the names to look it up.
I remember there was some semi-literate local chatboard that was all over it...can't remember what it was, though.

Bumping this thread.

Wondering if anyone has any news at all on this case. I had heard a rumor that February may be the trial month, but we all know how rumors are and I'm not sure where to start to find out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This case is heartbreaking.

I'll see if I can send an email to one of the reporters from way back and see if we can get an update? I guess also, we could check the court calendars? I'm never quite sure what to do either when a story goes cold and the media isn't following it anymore, yet there has been no resolution.....

This link mentions a trial date rumor and has a 2009 photo of ARS in jail. It's the only thing relating to the case with a 2009 date that I have seen.

I sent an email to ABC4. They wrote this article. Maybe they will do an update and let us know if her trial has been scheduled.

Thanks Salem. Like T-Rex, I was thinking about this case last week and couldn't remember the names (sadly there are many cases we read about here).

It would be nice to have an update and the reassurance that Devon's story is told and justice can be served.

I'm still learning the tricks of the trade and I'm not sure where to go to add the link for the court docket. Actually not sure how to get to the court docket. Its for Greenville, SC.

Apparently she is set for trial starting Aug 10th, and she has a court appearance today at 2:00 PM.

Could someone be so kind as to help me out with finding out what I need to add a link.

And with the time served she will be almost getting out this November, if she isn't out already. :tantrum:
