@Niner Happy New Year to you also! The last item on her docket is the bond hearing and release on 11/07/19. They don’t publish any future hearings. It’s very strange. They seem to only publish stuff after the fact. Sorry

ETA: The bond is for $20,000 which seems very low. She has to wear an ankle monitor and reside/spend nights at 412 East Washington Street Extension, Rockingham, NC. Those are the conditions of her bond.

Exactly. I won’t be surprised if they drop the charges or give her some sort of probation. The charges are “murder/homicide by child abuse.” The bond doesn’t add up.

I have her bond reduced to $35K... Also in my notes she was on suicide watch and had competency evaluations - found competent - now they let her out on bond??

Yea - the bond does not add up to murder/homicide....

@Niner Nothing new at all. They still have the Order Setting Bond on 11/7/19 as the last item on the docket. The status of the case is “pending.” That is all I could find.

It’s been nearly 2 years since this baby was murdered. What is going on? She’s was found competent to stand trial, wasn’t she? Seems like they have no intention of taking this to trial.
