Lawyers generally do NOT want to know if clients are guilty. They do not even ask, IMO. They want to know what can be proved.

Just thinking outloud... But if there was any truth to TM sending Heather " nasty photo texts"... I was wondering if maybe they were sending her these on the days they committed the IE. Law enforcement could have figured out general area of where the texts were sent from, then looked for survellance proof that those acts were committed in public.

First: Praying VERY hard for the Elvis family. I hope peace finds them someday. I can't begin to understand what they're all going through right now. It appears they have a wonderful support system in place and I hope it continues throughout their time of need. They seem like such lovely people that I'd be proud to call friends.

Third: Is it possible the indecent exposure charges were sex in a dressing room & restroom? Or could it be something stupid like flashing a boob or mooning somebody? Since they're both charged with ie, if it were something trivial the head have to of done it at the same time, right? How freaking immature if that's the case. I have an infected tooth and face swollen like a squirrel, and my WS is barely working...

I love that even with all our own stress, we recognize that it's nothing compared to what the Elvis family and M kids are enduring. I wish they knew how many people really care.

Lots of us having issues. I took yesterday off from them since I was having heart "bumpings", or something. I will go back there in a few minutes. Their caregiver who is tough, is stressing today!

I hate to pick a point, but this is the second time I've read this erroneous mistake. :banghead: The job of the defense attorney is to make sure the accused gets a fair trial - nothing more. It is not to get charges dropped or to make sure the accused is acquitted. This error has caused many people to fall in line with defense attorney shannigans over the years. Fair trial does not equal acquittal.
