And, if someone does have direct information about this case I sure hope they will take that information to the proper authorities so it can be properly vetted.

Madeleine74, Actually attorneys, both defense & prosecutors do monitor social media. In the SK gary Hilton death penalty trial (FL), the opening & closing statements by the prosecutor was almost word for word from the websleuths thread..
