Authorities believe missing man heading out of state after Upstate sighting
Mark Wagnon, who was last seen on Monday, was spotted in Oconee County, video surveillance confirms.

On Wednesday afternoon, officials confirmed through video surveillance that Wagnon was spotted near the Stumphouse Ranger Station on Highway 28 in Oconee County around 11 p.m. on Aug. 19.
Investigators believe Wagnon is headed out of the state to either Rayburn or Franklin County in Georgia or Jackson County, North Carolina.
